【摘要】：正只有每个人思想观念的改变才能真正锁定一场变革,使变革后的状态成为一种新的想当然的常态,这时,改革目标才能算真正达成了。一所城乡接合部学校面临的挑战四川省成都市龙泉驿区第四小学地处龙泉驿区南冀的城郊接合地带,1600多名小学生中超过98%是农村孩子,其中又有近一半为外来务工子弟。由于各种原因,几年前学校还是一所彻头彻尾的农村薄弱学校,长期陷入让领导头疼、群众不满、师生无望的境地,学校的改革发展严重受阻。虽几
