浅析小学低年级段语文暴力性作业

【摘要】:“减负万里行”活动已经进入第三个年头,虽然各省市教育部门和学校根据意见或通知精神进行“减负”的宣传和提出“减负”的要求,但不少小学低段生却并未完全“减负”,部分学生甚至出现作业量达到或超过中高年段学生作业量,做作业时间达到或超过中高年段学生作业用时等情况。论文试图通过对十余所小学的低年段学生、家长和教师进行调查,分析造成这些情况的原因,提出了解决相关问题的一些建议。论文一共可以分为五个部分。第一部分是前言,主要涉及研究意义、相关概念界定、研究方法等相关问题;第二部分分析小学低年段语文暴力性作业的现象,包括过量和难度失衡。第三部分是对小学低年段语文作业的调查及分析,通过对问卷内的部分问题进行数据对比分析,分析小学低年段语文作业情况。第四部分,在调查得到数据的基础上对小学低年段语文教师、家长和相关政府部门提出改进建议。拙论认为,政府教育监管法律不健全导致教育督导不规范,地方政府片面追求分数和升学率,将压力直接压给学校;部分教师未能整合知识点,对学生的所犯错误采取惩罚手段;家长望子成龙,望女成凤,额外给孩子布置家庭作业。以上原因都导致低年段学生语文作业过量。部分教师片面追求考试成绩,不认真分析学生日常作业,分层作业鲜有布置,导致作业难度失衡。此外,家长和学生缺乏与教师的沟通、家长教育观念的陈旧等也是造成暴力性作业产生的原因。针对以上问题,笔者对语文教师、家长和相关政府部门提出建议。拙论建议教师精选练习,减少作业量;善评价,多鼓励。拙论建议家长更新教育观念,常与教师沟通;科学监控孩子的作业时间。拙论建议相关政府部门加快教育监管立法进程,培养专业督导人员。
[Abstract]:The campaign has entered its third year, although the provincial and municipal education departments and schools, in accordance with their opinions or the spirit of notification, have carried out propaganda on "reducing the burden" and put forward demands for "reducing the burden". However, many students in the lower secondary school have not completely "reduced the burden", some students even have the situation that the homework amount reaches or exceeds the work capacity of the students in the middle and high years, and the homework time reaches or exceeds the homework time of the students in the middle and high age group, and so on. This paper attempts to investigate the students, parents and teachers of low age in more than ten primary schools, analyzes the causes of these situations, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the related problems. The thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part is the preface, mainly involves the research significance, the related concept definition, the research method and so on. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the Chinese homework in the junior period of primary school. By comparing and analyzing the data of some questions in the questionnaire, the paper analyzes the situation of the Chinese homework in the low age of the primary school. In the fourth part, on the basis of the data obtained from the survey, suggestions are made for the improvement of Chinese teachers, parents and relevant government departments. In my opinion, imperfect laws on government education supervision lead to non-standard educational supervision, local governments unilaterally pursue scores and promotion rates, and pressure is directly placed on schools; some teachers fail to integrate knowledge points. Take punishment for students' mistakes; parents look forward to their children, look for girls into Phoenix, extra homework assigned to their children. All of the above reasons lead to excessive Chinese homework. Some teachers lopsided in pursuit of examination results, did not seriously analyze the students' daily homework, stratified assignments rarely arranged, resulting in the difficulty of homework imbalance. In addition, parents and students lack of communication with teachers, parents education concept is old and other reasons for violent homework. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward suggestions to Chinese teachers, parents and relevant government departments. My theory suggests that teachers select exercises to reduce the amount of work done; good evaluation, more encouragement. My theory suggests that parents should update their educational concepts, communicate with teachers, and scientifically monitor their children's homework hours. This paper suggests that relevant government departments speed up the process of educational supervision legislation and train professional supervisors.
