义县农村贫困小学教育质量评估
[Abstract]:As the key of compulsory education, primary education is not only the focus of educational work, but also the key to lay a good educational foundation and ensure the sustainable development of education. In China, primary education has basically replaced the imperfect pre-school education, which plays an important role in the education system. The poor rural compulsory education, especially the low quality of primary education, is one of the persistent diseases of compulsory education in China. The backwardness of primary education in these places has a direct impact on the enthusiasm of primary school students in rural areas and the rate of re-entering school, which will greatly affect the planning and career choices of rural pupils in the future. It is difficult to realize the sustainable development utility of education to support the economy of poor areas. Taking primary education in poor rural areas as the topic is precisely based on the timing of the promulgation of relevant educational policies in China, especially in the non-standardized period when the construction of educational quality evaluation system in China is not perfect and unified. In the process that the slogan of education modernization has been carried out in the city, how to put the modernization of rural education on the agenda from the construction of rural primary school education quality evaluation is the starting point and significance of this paper. The research object of this paper is elementary education in poor areas. By evaluating the quality of primary education in rural areas, we find the weakness and weakness of elementary education in poor areas, and put forward some policy suggestions. It provides effective arguments from practice for improving the quality of elementary education in poor rural areas, and provides effective policy recommendations for improving regional differentiation of basic education. The content of this paper is designed as follows: the first part of the article is an introduction, mainly on the basis of this article and the value of an overview of the domestic and foreign on this aspect of the results and theoretical basis, The way of analysis and the object of study are also given. The advantages and disadvantages of the paper are explained. The second part of the article summarizes the definition and some theoretical basis of evaluating the quality of education. The third part of the article describes in detail the problems existing in the teaching quality of rural primary schools in Yixian. The fourth part of the article, based on the research method and process development design, the use of qualitative and quantitative methods, theoretical research and empirical research combined with the impact of primary school teaching quality factors in-depth study. The fifth part of the article, based on the investigation and empirical results of the teaching quality of rural primary schools in Yixian, puts forward some policy recommendations, focusing on the improvement of the mechanism such as the allocation of educational resources and the absence of educational supervision mechanism. After finding out the problem of hardware and software quality in rural primary education in Yixian, it is necessary to improve it by two levels of department management: policy and system. Among them, the government education departments formulate corresponding policies to improve the basic investment in rural primary education, and increase the training of rural primary education teachers; rural primary schools themselves also need to actively explore and innovate the educational model to improve the teaching quality. In general, the study found that the establishment of an effective teaching quality evaluation system, that is, the standardized evaluation index system of primary education in rural areas, contributes to the systematic discovery of educational quality problems. It should be popularized and implemented on the basis of standardization to provide effective evidence for improving the quality of basic education.
