校监会:推进现代学校制度建设的有效形式

【摘要】：校务监督委员会(以下简称"校监会")是现代学校制度的重要组成部分,有明确的职责和多种形式。浙江丽水市松阳县实验小学集团学校对校监会制度进行了深入探索。校监会由民主选举产生,有参与式监督、审核式监督、质询式监督、问卷式监督和调查式监督五种监督方式。学校注重校监会的组织建设和制度建设,根据校监会职责制定工作清单。校监会认真执行有关规定,协助学校党组织抓好党风廉政建设工作,协助教育局和学校抓好正风肃纪工作,对学校"三重一大"事项及其他有关事项开展监督。

The council is democratically elected and has five types of supervision: participatory supervision, audit supervision, inquiry supervision, questionnaire supervision and investigation supervision. The school pays attention to the organization and system construction of the school board, and formulates the work list according to the responsibility of the board. The school board of supervisors conscientiously implements the relevant provisions, assists the school party organizations to do a good job in building a clean and honest party, assists the education bureau and the school to do a good job in carrying out the work of rectifying discipline, and supervises the school's "three-fold, one big" and other related matters
