提高自身素质对小学语文高效课堂的帮助

【摘要】：在高效课堂的实践过程中,除了对小学生本身的学习习惯做出了改变,在课堂的教学方式上也需要不断的创新和发展。因此教师在这中间扮演的角色就需要更高的素质和水平。将通过对如何提升教师个人素质的问题进行探讨,并对教师素质对高效课堂的影响作出分析。
[Abstract]:In the practical process of efficient classroom, in addition to making changes to the pupils' own learning habits, the classroom teaching methods also need to be constantly innovated and developed. Therefore, the role of teachers in the middle of the need for higher quality and level. This paper discusses how to improve teachers' personal quality and analyzes the influence of teachers' quality on efficient classroom.
