湘西州农村小学体育教学环境现状及其优化研究
[Abstract]:Teaching environment is an important factor affecting the whole teaching process, and the quality of teaching environment directly affects the teaching effect. And physical education teaching environment is a relatively easy to be affected by other factors, so physical education curriculum is more vulnerable to the impact of teaching environment than other conventional courses. Therefore, compared with other teaching environments, we should recognize the importance of physical education teaching environment, and put forward practical and effective optimization countermeasures according to the shortcomings of the construction of physical education teaching environment, so as to improve the present situation of physical education teaching environment in schools. And then promote the teaching effect of physical education course. The research in this paper is based on the physical environment and humanistic environment, combined with the characteristics of Xiangxi rural primary school, through the use of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, expert interviews, The present situation of physical education environment in rural primary schools in Xiangxi is analyzed, and the physical environment, psychological environment and institutional environment of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Xiangxi are studied in detail. The results show that: 1. At present, the physical education teaching environment of rural primary schools in Xiangxi is easy to be influenced by the natural environment such as weather, the construction of the site is restricted by the mountainous terrain and the facilities are not perfect. Because the economic conditions are relatively backward in the field and equipment, there are some difficulties in the introduction of teachers due to the restrictions of economic conditions, the relationship between teachers and students of physical education in schools and students, and the relationship between students and students are not very harmonious. School sports atmosphere to be improved; lack of sound school sports management system. 2. By analyzing the present situation of physical education teaching environment in rural primary schools in Xiangxi, the following problems are found: the climate of Xiangxi is changeable, and the precipitation has a great influence on the development of physical education curriculum; The terrain and landform of western Hunan mainly restrict the construction of school sports facilities; the economic development of Xiangxi is relatively backward; the construction of teachers' ranks is relatively backward in the introduction of talents; the rural primary schools in Xiangxi prefecture are teachers and teachers. There are many disharmonious phenomena in the interpersonal relationship between students and teachers and students. Xiangxi rural primary schools in the school physical education system is not perfect. 3. In view of the problems existing in the construction of physical education teaching environment in rural primary schools in Xiangxi prefecture, combining with the characteristics of rural areas in Xiangxi, this paper puts forward the reasonable arrangement of physical education courses according to the weather conditions, widening the sources of funds and building indoor venues; Develop self-made simple equipment; develop new curriculum sports resources; combine the surrounding environment of rural areas to carry out sports activities; strengthen the training of teachers' professional ability; introduce high-quality talents; carry out interesting sports activities to promote the exchange of teachers and students; To improve the school leaders' attention to school physical education, to perfect the school physical education teaching management system, to establish the evaluation system of physical education teachers' teaching quality and so on.
