创拓“无边界”教育的史家学区模式

【摘要】:北京东城区史家学区着力创拓"无边界"教育的学区模式。一是以"和谐+无边界"为建设理念,以"种子计划"为核心战略,整体设计"无边界"学区。二是建立统分结合、纵横结合、收放结合的总体运行机制,以协同机制、流动机制、复盘机制、荣点机制和榜样机制,联动贯串管理全过程,构筑管理新生态。三是综合贯通任务层,通过打开价值边界、管理边界、校园边界、教研边界、培训边界、活动边界、课程边界、课堂边界、社团边界,携手推动校区建设、教师发展和学生成长。
