“软式”轮滑球游戏教学在小学轮滑课中的应用研究

【摘要】:当前我国政策下,休闲体育运动正在火热进行,轮滑作为新兴的休闲体育项目,也得到了广泛发展。轮滑运动包含的项目繁多,大致包含速度轮滑、花样轮滑、轮滑球、自由式轮滑和滑板等,而这些项目中又包含了许多小的项目内容,所以学校的轮滑教学内容不应局限在速度轮滑和花样轮滑中。轮滑球是一项团体性项目,具有竞争性和趣味性,笔者认为可以降低器材本身的危险性,运用循序渐进原则创编到体育游戏中,并将其引入到轮滑教学,既丰富教学内容,又能提高低年级学生的兴趣,让轮滑教学内容更具吸引力,从而达到更好的教学效果。本文旨在通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等相关科研方法,对长春市高新区慧谷学校二年级两个班的学生进行为期10周的教学实验研究,实验班共27人(男15人,女12人),对照班共25人(男12人,女13人),实验前比较实验班与对照班各指标均无明显差异,且实验班与对照班由同一名教师统一授课,能充分控制除教学方法手段不相同外的其他无关变量的影响,可视为无差别分组。通过对器材的改良,课程的设计和用SPSS软件处理实验前后实验组与对照组的滑行能力指标、身体健康指标和参与度的相关数据,最终得出以下结论:1.本文的对软式轮滑球教具进行了改良,以海绵为主要材料,细钢丝为球杆框架,降低了球杆的硬度,增加了球和球杆的软度,充分降低了器材的危险性;2.软式轮滑球游戏是基于学生基本情况和学生身心特点设计的,符合此年龄段学生的身心发展特点,和轮滑初学者练习情况,用游戏和竞赛的手段激发学生的兴趣,循序渐进地将软式轮滑球引入到小学轮滑课中;3.软式轮滑球游戏教学评价结果在轮滑滑行能力方面,实验组与对照组有明显差别(P0.01),表明短期内软式轮滑球游戏教学对学生的轮滑滑行能力有明显提高作用,在身心健康方面,软式轮滑球游戏教学在增强学生体质略强(P0.05),而身体素质在短期内无明显变化(P㧐0.05),在参与度(自我感官)上,学生更喜欢软式轮滑教学(P0.05),更愿意继续学习轮滑。
[Abstract]:Under the current policy of our country, leisure sports are hot, roller skating as a new leisure sports, has also been widely developed. Roller skating involves a wide range of events, including speed roller skating, pattern skating, roller skating balls, freestyle roller skating and skateboarding, which in turn contain a lot of small items. Therefore, the school roller skating teaching content should not be limited to speed roller skating and pattern roller skating. The roller skating ball is a group event, which is competitive and interesting. The author thinks that it can reduce the danger of the equipment itself, use the principle of gradual and orderly to create sports games, and introduce it into roller skating teaching, which enriches the teaching content. It can also improve the interest of the junior students and make the roller skating teaching content more attractive, thus achieving better teaching results. The purpose of this paper is to carry out a 10-week teaching experiment on the students in the second grade of Huigu School in Changchun High-Tech Zone through the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other related scientific research methods. There were 27 students (15 males and 12 females) in the experimental class and 25 (12 males and 13 females) in the control class. There was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class before the experiment, and the experimental class and the control class were taught by the same teacher. It can fully control the influence of other independent variables except for the different teaching methods and methods, and can be regarded as an undifferentiated grouping. Through the improvement of the equipment, the course design and the use of SPSS software to deal with the experimental group and the control group before and after the taxi-ability index, physical health indicators and participation of the relevant data, the final conclusions are as follows: 1. In this paper, the soft roller skating ball teaching aids have been improved, with sponge as the main material and thin steel wire as the ball frame, the hardness of the ball is reduced, the soft degree of the ball and the ball rod is increased, and the danger of the equipment is fully reduced; 2. The soft roller skating ball game is designed on the basis of students' basic conditions and students' physical and mental characteristics. It accords with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development of this age group, and the practice of roller-skating beginners, and stimulates students' interest by means of games and competitions. Gradually introduce the soft roller skating ball into the roller skating class in primary school; 3. The results of teaching evaluation of soft roller skating ball games showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P0.01), which indicated that the teaching of soft roller skating ball games had a significant effect on the students' skidding ability in a short period of time. In the aspect of physical and mental health, the teaching of soft roller skating game is slightly stronger in enhancing students' physique (P0.05), but the physical quality has no obvious change in the short term (P0. 05), while in the participation (self sensory), there is no obvious change in the physical and mental health of the students. Students prefer soft roller skating teaching (P0.05), more willing to continue to learn roller skating.
