贵州省小学大课间体育活动理论与实践研究

【摘要】:贵州省为了提高学生体质,增进身体健康,保证中小学生每天锻炼一小时校园体育活动,各中小学学校积极贯彻实施大课间体育活动,而在具体实施过程中却出现了诸多问题,为了更好地研究这些问题,本文将大课间体育活动的理论研究与实践研究相结合,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对贵州省90所小学的450名教师进行了关于大课间体育活动的开展现状的调查。通过对数据进行分析与讨论,得出以下结论:1、学校针对大课间体育活动的管理体系不完善,监管机制大部分停留在宏观层面,没有建立起有效的评价制度及反馈制度,对学校大课间体育活动的实施缺少监管;2、学校对大课间体育活动的宣传工作不到位,教师认识程度不高,对大课间体育活动的关注度比较低;3、大课间体育活动项目单一,内容的单调,不符合广大学生的实际需要;4、我省体育教师在外出培训方面机会较少,缺乏与其他学校进行关于大课间体育活动及其发展的交流;5、开展大课间体育活动时,人均活动范围小以及活动器材的短缺在很大程度上影响学生的参与热情。6、以多种路线和项目组织的跑操充分调动了学生的积极性最后笔者针对大课间体育活动在实施过程中存在的问题提出了相应的对策:1、建立合理的大课间体育活动管理体系和健全的评价机制,为大课间体育活动的有效开展提供制度保障;2、做好关于“开展大课间体育活动”的宣传动员工作;3、根据学生的兴趣,不断为大课间体育活动更新注入“时代潮流特色”,科学有序得开展大课间体育活动;4、充分利用师生资源,为大课间体育活动注入新鲜“血液”;5、利用可回收的废弃物开发体育器材。
[Abstract]:In Guizhou Province, in order to improve students' physique, improve their health and ensure that primary and middle school students exercise one hour of physical activity every day on campus, the schools of primary and middle schools actively implement the large class sports activities, but in the process of concrete implementation, many problems have arisen. In order to better study these problems, this paper combines the theoretical and practical research of physical activity between classes, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc. 450 teachers in 90 primary schools in Guizhou province were investigated on the present situation of physical activities between classes. Based on the analysis and discussion of the data, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The management system of physical activity between schools is not perfect, most of the supervision mechanism stays at the macro level, and there is no effective evaluation system and feedback system. Lack of supervision on the implementation of physical activities during the school break; 2, the propaganda work of the school to the big class sports activity is not in place, the teacher's understanding degree is not high, the attention to the big class sports activity is relatively low; 3, the physical activity item of big class is single, the content is monotonous, does not accord with the general student's actual need; 4. Physical education teachers in our province have less opportunities to go out for training, and lack of communication with other schools about the sports activities and their development; 5. When conducting large-scale sports activities during recess, the small range of activities per capita and the shortage of sports equipment to a large extent affect students' enthusiasm for participation. The running exercises organized by various routes and events fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the implementation of the sports activities during the large class: 1. To establish a reasonable management system and a sound evaluation mechanism to provide a system guarantee for the effective development of sports activities; (2) doing well the propaganda and mobilization work of "carrying out the sports activities between classes"; 3, according to the interest of the students, continuously infusing the "characteristics of the times" into the renewal of the sports activities between classes, and carrying out the sports activities between classes scientifically and in an orderly manner; (4) make full use of the resources of teachers and students, inject fresh "blood" into the sports activities between classes, and (5) develop sports equipment with recyclable wastes.
