教师性别在小学音乐教育中的效果差异

【摘要】:目前,小学学校教育中教师性别比例严重失衡,这已经成为一种全球性的教育现象,1而这种现象在我国小学音乐教育中也很明显,这种教育状况会或多或少影响小学生的心理发展,以及音乐兴趣等的培养。这种社会现状的产生有多方面的原因,有宏观与微观也有客观与主观。一方面,职业特殊性决定了在某些领域存在性别选择取向问题;另一方面,人们在职业特征上有“对号入座”的心理偏向,而这种心理偏向和从众认识是需要全社会自上而下,从意识观念到行动实践来逐步扭转的。为了保证我国教育事业的科学发展,优质人才的合理利用以及教师结构的整体平衡,我们必须关注并努力解决小学音乐教育中教师性别的生态平衡。笔者试图站在职业的社会性的视角上沿着提出问题--分析问题--解决问题的逻辑展开论文论述。采取实证法、(在学校实习期间观察男教师上课时的效果和女教师上课时的效果差异,并在自身上课时综合男教师上课时的特点和女教师上课时的特点,观察学生们的课堂表现)比较分析法、(通过实践比较分析男女教师音乐教学中的教学效果差异)调查问卷分析法和访谈分析法(以玉泉区为例,分析全区音乐教师人数以及男女比例,得出可靠的数据支持,选取两所学校为例派发调查问卷,分析学生们对男老师和女老师的喜爱程度,从数据能看出小学音乐教师中女教师占的比例比男教师大,因此得出人们在就职时是存在一定的性别差异的。对学生家长进行采访,分析学生家长以及学生自身对于小学音乐教师性别的期望值)。从以上调查研究我们不难看出在小学音乐教学中教师性别比例的基本情况,笔者试图研究产生这一现象的本质原因,以及性别差异对教学所产生的效果差异,并对如何认识和适度调整此类问题提出了自己的应对思路。笔者希望此研究能够在人们对小学教育的认知和人们的思想转变以及在师资的培养与教师岗位的任用上有一些指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a serious imbalance in the gender ratio of teachers in primary school education, which has become a global educational phenomenon, and this phenomenon is also evident in the music education of primary schools in our country. This kind of education will affect the psychological development of primary school students more or less, as well as the cultivation of music interest. There are many reasons for this kind of social status, including macro and micro, objective and subjective. On the one hand, occupational particularity determines the existence of gender selection in some areas; On the other hand, people have the psychological bias of "taking a seat" in their professional characteristics, which needs to be gradually reversed from the top to the bottom of the whole society, from the concept of consciousness to the practice of action. In order to ensure the scientific development of education in China, the rational utilization of high-quality talents and the overall balance of teacher structure, we must pay attention to and strive to solve the ecological balance of teachers' gender in music education in primary schools. The author tries to discuss the problem-analysis-problem-solving logic from the perspective of the social nature of the profession. Using the empirical method, (observing the difference between male teachers and female teachers in class during school practice, and integrating the characteristics of male teachers and female teachers in class in their own classes, Observing the students' classroom performance) comparative analysis, questionnaire analysis and interview analysis (taking Yuquan district as an example), the questionnaire analysis and interview analysis are used to analyze the difference of teaching effect between male and female teachers in music teaching. This paper analyzes the number of music teachers and the ratio of male and female music teachers in the whole region, obtains reliable data support, selects two schools as an example to distribute questionnaires, and analyzes the students' affection for male teachers and female teachers. It can be seen from the data that the proportion of female teachers in primary school music teachers is larger than that of male teachers, so it is concluded that there is a certain gender difference when people take office. Interviews with parents to analyze their parents and students' own expectations about the gender of primary school music teachers. From the investigation and research above, we can see the basic situation of teachers' sex ratio in primary school music teaching. The author tries to study the essential reason of this phenomenon and the difference of the effect of gender difference to teaching. And how to understand and moderate adjustment of such problems put forward their own thinking. The author hopes that this study will have some guiding significance in people's cognition of primary education and people's ideological change, as well as in the cultivation of teachers and the appointment of teachers' posts.
