短式网球趣味教学改善小学生心理运动能力的实验研究

【摘要】:新课标明确指出:《体育与健康课程》应坚持以目标统领教学,教学设计要突出学生的中心地位,树立“健康第一”的指导思想,紧紧围绕学生身心和谐发展为主题,关注每位学生的健康成长。因此,在落实新课标开展体育教学的过程中,重点着眼于课程资源的开发与利用,教学内容选择与改造,课程模式、教学方法运用等方面,同时应重视小学阶段是各种运动能力提高的关键时期也是敏感期,特别是应重视心理运动能力的提升与完善,有助于提高人的准效性与人的综合素质,有助于我国培养优秀竞技人才,有助于提高从事特殊职业人群的工作效率,有助于提高普通人群适应社会以及快速融入社会的能力,有助于精细化人才培养。黑龙江省学生体质健康测试数据显示,心理运动能力较差现象表现尤为突出。依据新课标的具体要求,结合校学生身心发展的特征,依托哈尔滨市教委体教结合项目启动,2016年9月——2017年1月,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、测量法、数理统计法等综合方法,在哈尔滨市五所小学三年级体育教学中引入《趣味网球课程》,进行了48学时的教学实验研究。研究结果表明:第一,实验班与对照班的学生在速度、协调性、平衡能力、自控能力、速度耐力、柔韧性、力量测试样本“T”检验,P0.01,具有非常显著性差异;第二,心理运动能力测量统计结果分析表明,实验班对照班的学生在明尼苏达操作速度测试、普渡木钉板测试配对样本“T”检验,P0.01,具有非常显著性差异;第三,实验班90%的学生对短式网球趣味教学与体育课程的融合满意,而对照班62%的学生对正常的体育课程教学内容不满意,因此,实验班级的短式网球趣味教学效果要优于对照班级的常规体育教学效果,改善了学生的心理运动能力和身心全面成长。因此建议:第一,我国应注重心理运动能力的研究,国家教育部门或相关部门应注重小学生心理运动能力的培养;第二,学校应积极推进新一轮教学改革,采取体教结合方式,丰富体育课程教学内容,加强短式网球理论和教学方法的培训。第三,学生的身心发展需要学校和家庭的齐心协力,通过家长了解孩子的身心成长情况和学生心理运动能力的发展,来改善孩子的心理运动能力和身心全面成长。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum standard clearly points out that "physical Education and Health Curriculum" should be guided by objective teaching, teaching design should stress the central position of students, set up the guiding ideology of "health first", and closely revolve around the harmonious development of students' body and mind. Pay attention to the healthy growth of each student. Therefore, in the process of carrying out the new curriculum standard, we should focus on the development and utilization of curriculum resources, the selection and transformation of teaching contents, the course model, the application of teaching methods, etc. At the same time, attention should be paid to the key period and sensitive period of the improvement of sports ability in primary school, especially to the improvement and perfection of psychological sports ability, which will help to improve the quasi-effectiveness and comprehensive quality of people. It is helpful to train outstanding competitive talents in our country, to improve the working efficiency of the special professional people, to improve the ability of the ordinary people to adapt to the society and to quickly integrate into the society, and to train fine talents. The test data of students' physique and health in Heilongjiang Province showed that the phenomenon of poor psychomotor ability was particularly prominent. According to the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard, combined with the characteristics of the physical and mental development of the school students, relying on the Harbin Municipal Education Commission, physical education and education integration project started, from September 2016 to January 2017, the use of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, measurement, This paper introduces "interesting Tennis course" into the third grade physical education teaching of five primary schools in Harbin by means of mathematical statistics and other comprehensive methods, and carries on the teaching experiment research of 48 hours. The results show that: first, there are significant differences in the speed, coordination, balance ability, self-control ability, speed endurance, flexibility, strength test sample "T" test between the experimental class and the control class (P0.01); Secondly, the statistical analysis of psychomotor ability test showed that there was a significant difference between the control class students in Minnesota operation speed test and the matched "T" test, P0.01; Third, 90% of the students in the experimental class are satisfied with the integration of the fun teaching of short tennis and the physical education curriculum, while 62% of the students in the control class are not satisfied with the normal physical education content. The effect of short tennis interest teaching in experimental class is better than that of conventional physical education teaching in control class, which improves the students' psychological sports ability and physical and mental growth. Therefore, the following suggestions should be made: first, our country should pay attention to the research of psychomotor ability, and the national education department or relevant departments should pay attention to the cultivation of pupils' psychomotor ability; Second, the school should actively promote the new round of teaching reform, adopt the combination of physical education and teaching, enrich the teaching content of physical education, and strengthen the training of short tennis theory and teaching methods. Thirdly, the students' physical and mental development needs the concerted efforts of the school and the family. Through the parents' understanding of the children's physical and mental growth and the development of the students' mental and motor ability, the students' mental and motor ability can be improved and the children's mental and physical comprehensive growth can be improved.
