新课程理念背景下志丹县小学教师教学反思的调查研究

【摘要】:本文首先根据志丹县教育的实际情况提出问题;其次运用文献综述法,呈现了国内外教师教学反思研究的背景,在此基础上论述了反思、教学反思、以及教学反思的内容、方式、分类、评价标准和特征等内容;然后在总结分析问卷和访谈稿的基础上,剖析了志丹县小学教师教学反思的现状,提出他们在教学反思中存在的问题,比如对教学反思的认识程度粗浅、反思意思淡薄、反思方法陈旧且单一、反思以课后为主、学校未能营造良好的反思氛围等,随后对影响小学教师进行有效教学反思的因素进行主客观两方面的分析;最后,从当地实际情况出发,参考有关教学反思国内外优秀范例,提出提高教师教学反思能力和水平的主客观对策和建议,主观对策第一是:转变传统教育观念,树立正确的教育观,第二是:增强教学反思意识,养成良好的反思习惯,第三是:拓宽积极地反思途径,改善反思效果,第四是:提高自我效能感,客观对策第一是:营造良好的教学反思氛围,第二是:管理者带头反思,榜样示人,第三是:依托现代教育技术促进教学反思,第四是:创设教学反思的动力系统。笔者期望通过对志丹县小学教师教学反思现状的调查研究,提出解决教师教学反思问题行之有效的对策,推动有效的教学反思策略,不断促进教师专业化发展。
[Abstract]:Firstly, according to the actual situation of education in Zhidan County, this paper puts forward some questions. Secondly, using the method of literature review, it presents the background of domestic and foreign teachers' teaching reflection research. On this basis, it discusses the contents, methods, classification, evaluation criteria and characteristics of reflection, teaching reflection and teaching reflection. Then, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing questionnaires and interview manuscripts, this paper analyzes the present situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers in Zhidan County, and points out the problems they have in teaching reflection, such as the superficial understanding of teaching reflection and the weak meaning of reflection. The reflection method is outmoded and single, the reflection is mainly after class, and the school fails to create a good atmosphere of reflection, then the factors influencing the effective teaching reflection of primary school teachers are analyzed from two aspects: subjective and objective; Finally, starting from the local actual situation, referring to the excellent examples of teaching reflection at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the subjective and objective countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers' ability and level of teaching reflection. The subjective countermeasures are: first, to change the traditional educational concept, The second is to strengthen the consciousness of teaching reflection and develop good reflective habits. The third is to broaden the positive reflection ways and to improve the reflection effect. The fourth is to improve the sense of self-efficacy. The first is to create a good atmosphere of teaching reflection, the second is to take the lead in reflection by managers, the third is to rely on modern educational technology to promote teaching reflection, and the fourth is to create a dynamic system for teaching reflection. The author hopes that through the investigation and research on the present situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers in Zhidan County, the author will put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problem of teachers' teaching reflection, promote effective teaching reflection strategies, and continuously promote the development of teachers' specialization.
