小学生英语词汇学习与记忆策略运用现状调查研究

【摘要】:词汇在语言交际中担负着重要作用,作为语言基本要素音、形、义的统一体,词汇一直是语言研究的基本内容和主要领域。词汇学习是语言学习的核心,贯穿于语言学习的全过程,没有一定量的词汇,听说读写就无法顺利进行,直接影响一个人的语言能力。根据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)的要求,小学生在六年级结束时必须掌握600~700个单词和50个左右的习惯用语,并能初步运用400个左右单词表达二级规定的相关话题。然而对于大部分小学生而言,都没有达到这个要求,词汇的学习和识记是小学生在英语学习中遇到的最大阻碍。词汇学习的过程中,如果适当的运用相应的学习策略,能提高小学生词汇学习的效率。本研究以贵阳市南明区小学生为例,通过对词汇策略使用现状的调查,探索能够指导小学生运用词汇策略,掌握有效记忆和使用英语词汇的方法。本研究采用问卷调查,以随机抽样的方式对贵阳市南明区的某所一类重点小学3-6年级的200名小学生英语词汇学习中策略的使用现状进行了研究。全文分为五个部分。第一章绪论部分介绍了本次研究的背景、研究的目的和意义、研究对象和研究的内容和方法、文献综述。第二章主要介绍了学习策略研究相关理论基础以及概念阐释。第三章是调查研究部分,通过数据的收集和分析,找出学生在词汇学习策略使用和词汇记忆方法中出现的问题。第四章是对学生在词汇学习中出现的策略使用问题进行归因分析。最后第五章从教和学的角度提出能有效提高小学生英语词汇学习策略水平的建议。
[Abstract]:Vocabulary plays an important role in language communication. As the unity of phonology, form and meaning, vocabulary has always been the basic content and main field of language research. Vocabulary learning is the core of language learning, which runs through the whole process of language learning. Without a certain amount of vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and writing can not proceed smoothly, which directly affects a person's language ability. According to the requirement of compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard (2011 edition), primary school students must master 600 ~ 700 words and 50 idioms at the end of grade 6, and can use 400 or so words to express the related topics of the second level regulation. However, for most primary school students, they have not met this requirement. Vocabulary learning and memorization are the biggest obstacles encountered by pupils in English learning. In the process of vocabulary learning, if appropriate learning strategies are used, the efficiency of vocabulary learning can be improved. The present study takes primary school students in Naming District of Guiyang as an example to explore ways to guide pupils to use vocabulary strategies, master effective memory and use English vocabulary through an investigation of the present situation of vocabulary strategy use. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the use of English vocabulary learning strategies in 200 primary school students in grade 3-6 of a class of key primary school in Naming District of Guiyang City. The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the background of this study, the purpose and significance of the study, research object and research content and methods, literature review. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis and conceptual explanation of learning strategy research. The third chapter is the investigation and research part, through the data collection and analysis, finds out the student in the vocabulary learning strategy use and the vocabulary memory method appears the question. The fourth chapter is the attribution analysis of the problem of strategy use in vocabulary learning. Finally, from the perspective of teaching and learning, the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the English vocabulary learning strategies of primary school students.
