小学教学质量保障研究——基于教育公平角度的解读

【摘要】:目前,由于教育资源配置的不均衡,小学阶段教学质量水平良莠不齐。教育改革深化的同时,呼唤着教育公平。如何在教育公平视角下,正确审视小学教学,保障小学教学质量,迫在眉睫。以教育公平的视角,在深入分析小学阶段教学质量保障原则、管理系统以及教育公平与教学质量关系的基础上,指出当前在教育不公和相对公平之下小学教学质量中存在的突出问题,并提出针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, due to the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources, the quality of primary school teaching is uneven. While the educational reform deepens, it calls for educational fairness. It is urgent to correctly examine primary school teaching and ensure the quality of primary school teaching from the perspective of educational fairness. From the perspective of educational equity, this paper analyzes the principles of teaching quality assurance, management system and the relationship between education equity and teaching quality in primary school. This paper points out the outstanding problems existing in the quality of primary school teaching under the unfair and relatively fair education at present, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
