小学高年级语文作业设计研究

【摘要】:语文作业是学生对语文的二次学习,是巩固知识、形成技能、培养习惯、养成良好个性品质的有效手段和重要途径,也是教师检查学生学习效果以发现问题、改进教学的方法。同时,作业设计是教学设计中不可或缺的重要环节。但是在素质教育的呼吁和新课程改革的广泛实施的大环境下,课堂教学改革如火如荼,而作业设计环节却没有得到相应的重视与发展。如果在教学过程中,作业设计不完善、不科学,作业就可能走向其价值的对立面。小学高年级语文作业设计的现状如何,存在哪些问题,问题产生的原因是什么,怎样解决问题,有无可供参考的作业设计模式?这些问题是笔者进行此次研究的重要缘由。笔者选取济南市三所小学,针对五六年级全体学生进行问卷调查,同时针对此三所小学的五六年级的所有语文教师进行问卷调查和访谈。通过调查问卷数据的统计分析、对比分析和相关性分析总结小学高年级语文作业设计的现状,发现当前小学高年级语文作业设计已经有了些许成绩,如作业量已经趋于合理;作业类型已初步实现多样化。于此同时仍然存在诸多问题,如作业设计理念的应试倾向未根本转变;作业形式较为单一、缺乏层次性;作业仍有书面倾向且选择性较差;作业资源联动性差;评价主体单一,评价、反馈方式缺乏人文关怀。本研究在问卷调查的基础上从学校、教师和家庭三个层面分析其形成原因。期待从四方面:作业设计的要素、作业设计的流程、作业设计的结构框架及作业设计模式的具体应用案例,为有作业设计需要的教师提供语文作业设计的可供参考的具体模式以改善或避免如今小学高年级语文作业设计存在的诸多问题。
[Abstract]:Chinese homework is an effective means and an important way to consolidate knowledge, form skills, cultivate habits and develop good personality quality. It is also a method for teachers to check students' learning effect to find problems and improve teaching. At the same time, assignment design is an indispensable and important link in teaching design. However, with the appeal of quality education and the extensive implementation of the new curriculum reform, the classroom teaching reform is in full swing, but the homework design link has not been paid attention to and developed accordingly. If the homework design is not perfect and scientific in the teaching process, the homework may go to the opposite of its value. What is the present situation of the Chinese homework design in the senior grade of primary school, what problems exist, what are the causes of the problems, how to solve the problems, and is there a model of homework design for reference? These questions are the important reason for the author to carry out this research. The author chooses three primary schools in Jinan to carry on the questionnaire survey to all the students in grade five and six, and at the same time, carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to all the Chinese teachers in the fifth and sixth grade of the three primary schools. Through the statistical analysis of questionnaire data, comparative analysis and correlation analysis to sum up the current situation of Chinese homework design in primary school, it is found that there are some achievements in the design of Chinese homework in senior grade of primary school, such as the amount of homework has tended to be reasonable; Job types have been initially diversified. At the same time, there are still many problems, such as the idea of homework design test orientation has not changed fundamentally; the form of work is relatively simple, lack of hierarchy; The main body of evaluation is single and the way of evaluation and feedback is lack of humanistic concern. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this study analyzes the causes from three levels: school, teacher and family. Four aspects are expected: the elements of job design, the process of job design, the structural framework of job design and the specific application cases of job design pattern. In order to improve or avoid the problems existing in the design of Chinese homework in primary school, teachers who need to do homework design can be provided with a specific mode of Chinese homework design for reference.
