上海市小学体育常态课与优质课运动负荷的对比研究

【摘要】:文章通过对上海市小学20节常态体育课及20节优质体育课进行跟踪监测,对比发现:常态课中学生的练习强度存在"两头大,中间小"之现象,且练习密度有待提高;优质课中学生的运动负荷安排趋于合理,分别是练习密度基本保持在90%以上,强度指数基本保持在1.2-1.6之间。基于此,该研究认为适宜运动负荷的安排应提高课堂教学时间的有效利用率,减少不合理时间比例,课的密度应保持在95%左右。根据不同教学内容科学安排学生练习强度,练习强度应保持在1.2-1.5之间。
[Abstract]:Through tracking and monitoring 20 normal PE classes and 20 high quality PE classes in primary schools in Shanghai, it is found that the practice intensity of middle school students in normal classes is "big at both ends and small in middle", and the practice density needs to be improved. The exercise load arrangement of high quality students tends to be reasonable, which means that the exercise density is above 90% and the intensity index is between 1.2-1.6. Based on this, the study suggests that the proper arrangement of exercise load should improve the effective utilization of classroom teaching time, reduce the proportion of unreasonable time, and keep the density of class at about 95%. According to different contents of teaching, the intensity of students' exercises should be kept between 1.2 and 1.5.
