问题诊断让磨课有效进行

【摘要】:正近期发现,一部分当年笔者曾经帮扶磨过几次课的青年老师在专业成长上不但没有进步,反而出现倒退的现象。其实磨课不仅仅是为了尽量完美地展现一节课,更需要把这节课当作案例,引发专业思考,促进专业提升,从而提升每一节常态课的质量。因此,借着又一次帮扶青年教师磨课,我开始思考磨课的出发点和方式,改变了以往手把手地帮助甚至是代替授课教师进行教学设计、设置过渡语、设计板书等的做法,而是从问题诊断入手,让磨课
