【摘要】:正价值观管理作为一种新的管理模式,特别适合复杂的、模糊的和不确定的管理环境。做校长以后,我面临的第一件大事就是教师队伍问题。当时学校73位教师中有61位已经被评为小学高级教师,很多人进入了职业倦怠期。如何激发教师内在的动力,确实曾让我不知所措。教师主动发展的内驱力的产生主要依赖于价值的认同、情感的力量、精神的激励,其中
