中等强度足球训练对小学生执行功能的影响
[Abstract]:In order to respond positively to the government's call, to build the campus football culture, to combine the characteristics of the football sports, to improve the understanding of the function of the football's mental health and intelligence, to study the problem of the influence of the medium-strength football training on the implementation function, A theoretical study on the effect of rich sports on the function development of primary and middle school students. A total of 66 students from one primary school in Nanjing, including 33 primary and secondary school students in the experimental group, were selected as participants, and 33 students in the control group only attended the regular course of physical education. The three dimensions of the function are: inhibition control, information refreshing (working memory), task conversion (cognitive flexibility) as the index, and the influence of the exercise on the performance of the primary school students for short time (45 minutes) and long-term (12-week) football course. Through the psychological test software E-prime 2.0, the flannker task is used to measure the suppression control function, the 1-back task measures the refresh function (working memory), and the more-odd reporting task measures the task conversion function (cognitive flexibility). The effect of football training on the performance of primary school students was analyzed by using paired-sample T-test, independent-sample T-test and single-factor analysis of variance to process the experimental data. Through the analysis and discussion of the research results, the one-time (45-minute) moderate-intensity soccer training has the help to the development of the primary school students' performance, but there is no significant effect, and there is no grade and gender impact. The long-term (12-week) moderate-intensity soccer training has a significant improvement in the performance of primary school students compared with the general physical education, and there is no influence of gender, grade and other factors and their interaction.
