新课标背景下小学英语教师职前教育课程设置研究

【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。21世纪,随着小学英语新课改的不断推进,以及《教师专业标准》等相关政策的出台,社会各界对小学英语教师的素质提出了更高的要求。培养具有现代教育理念、扎实英语语言基础知识和广泛的科学文化素养的小学英语教师成为时代发展的必然趋势。职前教育阶段作为小学英语教师培养的奠基阶段,其重要性不言而喻。而教师教育课程作为教师教育的核心与载体,直接关系到职前教师培养的质量。本研究以英语新课标为背景,以重庆师范大学、重庆第二师范学院、重庆文理学院的课程设置为研究对象,综合运用文献法、调查法和对比分析法等研究方法搜集文献、数据资料,对小学英语教师职前教育课程设置的现状进行探讨,分析其存在的问题及原因,以《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称“英语新课标”)对英语教师素质的要求为标准,探寻现行小学英语教师职前教育课程设置与之存在的差距,进而提出小学英语教师职前教育课程设置的对策与建议,以期为被调查学校小学英语教师职前教育课程的设置提供可资借鉴的参考。本研究主要包括六个部分。首先,简要介绍本研究的缘起、文献综述、研究意义与方法等。其次,从英语新课标出台的背景、依据、指导思想、原则、内容等方面对英语新课标进行解读,为研究奠定基础。再次,从教师专业理念、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意四大方面对新课标背景下小学英语教师所需的素质进行探讨。接着,通过对三所高师院校小学英语教师职前培养方案进行对比分析,探寻其存在的异同;并通过设置小学英语教师职前教育课程设置调查问卷(分为学生问卷与教师问卷),分别对三所学校本专业大三、大四的150名学生,毕业于三所学校的30名新任职小学英语教师就课程设置的现状进行调查,进而得出小学英语教师职前教育课程设置的结论,探寻受试对课程设置的满意度与期望。基于小学英语教师职前教育课程设置存在的问题,本研究尝试提出小学英语教师职前教育课程设置的框架构想。最后,对本研究进行了总结,发现并剖析本研究存在的不足并对后续研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:A hundred years plan, education is the foundation; In the 21st century, with the continuous advancement of the new English curriculum reform in primary schools and the introduction of the relevant policies, such as "Professional Standards for Teachers", the society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of primary school English teachers. It is an inevitable trend of the development of the times to cultivate primary school English teachers with modern educational ideas, solid basic knowledge of English language and extensive scientific and cultural literacy. Pre-service education as the foundation stage of primary school English teacher training, its importance is self-evident. As the core and carrier of teacher education, teacher education curriculum is directly related to the quality of pre-service teacher training. This research takes the new English curriculum standard as the background, takes the curriculum setup of Chongqing normal University, Chongqing second normal College and Chongqing College of Arts and Sciences as the research object, and collects the literature by means of literature method, investigation method and comparative analysis method, etc. This paper discusses the current situation of pre-service education curriculum for primary school English teachers, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. Based on the requirement of English teachers' quality in compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition), this paper tries to find out the gap between the curriculum setup and the existing English teachers' pre-service education curriculum for primary school English teachers, which is based on the requirement of English teachers' quality in English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education (2011 Edition). Furthermore, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the curriculum establishment of pre-service education for primary school English teachers, in order to provide reference for the curriculum establishment of pre-service education of primary school English teachers in the investigated schools. This study mainly consists of six parts. Firstly, the origin, literature review, significance and method of this study are introduced briefly. Secondly, from the background, basis, guiding ideology, principles, contents and other aspects of the introduction of the new English curriculum standard, it lays a foundation for the study of the new curriculum standard. Thirdly, from the four aspects of teachers' professional concept, professional knowledge, professional ability and professional sentiment, this paper discusses the quality of primary school English teachers under the background of the new curriculum standard. Then, through a comparative analysis of the pre-service training schemes for English teachers in three normal colleges and universities, the author explores the similarities and differences in their existence. And through setting up the questionnaire of pre-service education curriculum for English teachers in primary schools (divided into student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire), 150 students in the third and fourth year of the major in three schools were investigated respectively. Thirty new primary English teachers graduated from three schools were investigated on the current situation of curriculum setup, and then the conclusion of curriculum setting of pre-service education for primary school English teachers was drawn to explore the satisfaction and expectation of the subjects on curriculum setting. Based on the problems existing in the curriculum design of pre-service education for primary school English teachers, this study attempts to propose a framework for the curriculum setting of pre-service education for primary school English teachers. Finally, this study is summarized, the shortcomings of this study are found and analyzed, and the future research is prospected.
