河南省信阳市X县小学流动教师适应的现状、问题与对策研究
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the exchange and rotation of teachers in compulsory education schools in the county, the competent departments at all levels will focus on how to promote the flow of teachers' participation, and pay more attention to the aspects of how to leave teachers behind. Ignoring the varying degrees of adaptation that all floating teachers will inevitably encounter and respond to, leading to the failure to give full play to the role of mobile teachers, especially excellent teachers, in guiding and radiating their role, To a certain extent, the effect of the implementation of the system has been affected. This research adopts the educational investigation method to investigate the current situation of primary school mobile teachers' adaptation in X County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, and makes statistical analysis on the data obtained, and sums up the present situation of the floating teachers' adaptation in X County Primary School in Xinyang City, Henan Province. And compared with other parts of the primary school floating teachers adapt to the status quo of similarities and differences, combined with the characteristics of primary school floating teachers adapt to Xinyang City, Henan Province, the existing problems and causes of analysis, This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve or promote the adaptation level of the floating teachers in primary schools, to promote the healthy development of the floating teachers, to improve the quality of education and teaching flowing into the schools, and to provide certain reference and basis for the departments in charge of education to carry out the work of teacher exchange and rotation. This study is divided into the following six chapters: chapter one, introduction. This chapter first introduces the problem and significance of this study, then summarizes the relevant literature, then defines the core concept of this study, and finally introduces the research objectives and research contents of this paper. At the same time, the research ideas and methods used in this paper are analyzed. Chapter two, theoretical analysis. This paper discusses the evaluation dimension of primary school mobile teachers' adaptation and its theoretical basis. Chapter three, investigation and research. In this study, the adaptation of floating teachers in X county of Xinyang City, Henan Province, was investigated by using the self-designed questionnaire of Primary School floating Teachers' adaptation in Xinyang City, Henan Province. SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data. The fourth chapter, the problem and the cause of formation analysis. According to the results of the investigation in chapter 3, combined with the existing research results and the actual situation of X County in Xinyang City, Henan Province, this paper probes into the existing problems and causes of the floating teachers' adaptation to the primary schools in X County of Henan Province. Chapter V, countermeasures and suggestions. Aiming at the problems existing in primary school floating teachers' adaptation in X County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, this chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the adaptation level of primary school floating teachers. Chapter VI, conclusions. This chapter will summarize the results of this investigation.
