贵州省小学新教师入职教育现状调查
[Abstract]:Although entry education is an important link between teachers' pre-service education and on-the-job training, it has not been paid much attention by domestic education circles for a long time. It was not until the 1990s that China introduced the concept of teacher entry education. Because of the late start, it is a weak link in teacher education. And under the grand background of the vigorous development of teacher entry education at home and abroad, compared with other countries or international comparative level of research, the provincial scope of primary school teacher entry education research is very limited. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes and studies the present situation of the implementation of new teachers' entry education in Guizhou primary school. This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the current situation and shortcomings of the entry education of the new teachers in primary school in Guizhou. Then, according to the investigation of the common problems and professional needs of the new teachers, this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the existing problems, and through the analysis of the United Kingdom and the United States, Based on the analysis of entry education in three countries, according to the actual situation of our province, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the effective implementation of the entry education of new teachers in primary schools in Guizhou province by drawing lessons from the implementation methods applicable to our province. Main contents: part one: introduction. This paper introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research summary and research methods of new teachers' entry into vocational education, and defines the related concepts. The second part: the present situation of primary school teachers' entry education in Guizhou province is investigated and analyzed. The third part: according to the survey results, the existing problems of primary school entry education in Guizhou province are analyzed. The fourth part analyzes the implementation of vocational education in Britain, the United States and France. The fifth part: aiming at the problems existing in the entry education of primary school teachers in Guizhou Province, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
