江苏省小学足球特色学校足球活动质量评价体系研究

【摘要】:2009年6月在国家体育总局与教育部联手推动下,校园足球活动正式展开。校园足球从开展以来到目前为止,在校园足球开展过程中还存在诸多问题。为提高我国青少年校园足球活动水平以及开展质量,国家体育总局和教育部联合发布了《关于加强全国青少年校园足球工作的意见》,其中特别指出开展校园足球活动要促进青少年学生健康成长,就需要对校园足球活动质量进行评价。发展校园足球的关键阶段在小学,从娃娃抓起,但是目前我国尚未形成在足球布点学校足球活动质量评价指标体系,因此对足球特色小学校园足球活动质量进行评价显得更为重要。构建一套逻辑体系相对科学,且较为合理的评价小学足球特色学校足球活动质量指标体系,对于完善我国足球活动教学理论与指导政府体育部门的实践工作,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义,这也正是本课题选择研究这个问题的动因所在。本文主体内容分别包括绪论、正文和结论。第一部分导论主要是论题的导入,主要内容包括研究背景和意义、研究目标和内容、相关文献综述以及研究方法;第二章首先对论文中的相关概念、理论和实践应用进行了文献综述和理论推进,明确了论文研究的主要对象和内容,明确了核心概念及理论依据为足球特色学校活动质量体系构建提供理论。第三章和第四章是论文主体部分主要是结合理论依据及文献梳理、实地调查构建了足球特色学校足球活动质量评价体系框架,确定指标体系文章采用文献研读法、专家访谈法、德尔菲(Delphi)法,在借鉴管理学、社会学领域,以及校园足球活动评价相关文献研究的基础上,运用专家访谈法和文献资料法筛选出校园足球活动组织保障、校园足球活动过程控制、和校园足球反馈结果为3个一级指标,12个二级指标,41个三级指标。通过两轮专家调查问卷,筛选出了用于构建了小学足球特色学校足球活动质量评价的相关指标体系,最终确定为校园足球活动条件保障、校园足球活动过程控制、校园足球活动结果反馈为3个一级指标,11个二级指标,34个三级指标。然后运用层次分析法(AHP)法计算了各指标的初级权重,最后运用模糊综合评判的方法对江苏省三个地区三所小学足球特色学校校园足球活动质量指标进行实证研究。实证分析,验证评价体系,逻辑方法具有科学性,指标评定和测定具可操作性,指标的筛选具有概括性和代表性。认为江苏省苏南地区足球特色学校足球活动质量水平等级很好,概率为0.3886,苏中地区等级一般,概率为0.2949,苏北地区等级差,概率为0.3438。第四章结论部分提升江苏省小学足球特色学校足球活动质量需加强校园足球活动领导、落实国家的教育方针和政策、足球教育发展、完善校园足球活动评比制度多元化、城乡校园足球活动均衡发展及师资队伍的建设。
[Abstract]:In June 2009, under the joint promotion of the State Sports Administration and the Ministry of Education, campus football activities were officially launched. Since the development of campus football, there are still many problems in the process of campus football. In order to improve the level and quality of campus football activities for young people in China, the State Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued opinions on strengthening the work of Youth Campus Football in China. It is pointed out that in order to promote the healthy growth of young students, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of campus football activities. The key stage of the development of campus football is in primary school, starting with dolls, but at present, our country has not yet formed the evaluation index system of football activity quality in football distribution schools. Therefore, it is more important to evaluate the quality of football activities in primary schools with football characteristics. To construct a set of logical system is relatively scientific and reasonable to evaluate the quality index system of football activities in primary school football characteristic schools, in order to perfect the teaching theory of football activities in our country and guide the practical work of government sports departments. It has important theoretical and practical significance, which is the motivation of this topic to choose to study this problem. The main content of this article includes the introduction, the text and the conclusion respectively. The first part is the introduction of the topic, including the research background and significance, research objectives and content, related literature review and research methods; In the second chapter, the related concepts, theory and practical application of the paper are reviewed and promoted theoretically, and the main objects and contents of the paper are clarified. Clear the core concept and theoretical basis for the football characteristics of school activity quality system to provide a theory. The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main part of the paper, which mainly combines the theoretical basis and literature combing, and constructs the framework of football activity quality evaluation system in football characteristic schools on the spot, and determines that the index system adopts the method of literature study and expert interview. Based on the literature research of management, sociology and campus football activity evaluation, the Delfie (Delphi) method is used to screen the organization guarantee of campus football activities by using the method of expert interview and literature. The process control of campus football activities and the feedback results of campus football are 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators. Through two rounds of expert questionnaires, this paper selects the relevant index system for the evaluation of football activity quality in primary school football characteristic schools, and finally determines it as the guarantee of campus football activity conditions and the process control of campus football activities. The feedback of campus football activities is 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators. Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) (AHP) method is used to calculate the primary weight of each index. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make an empirical study on the quality index of campus football activities in three primary schools with football characteristics in three regions of Jiangsu Province. Empirical analysis, verification evaluation system, logical method is scientific, index evaluation and measurement is operable, index screening is general and representative. It is considered that the quality level of football activities in Jiangsu Province is very good, the probability is 0.3886, the probability is general, the probability is 0.2949, and the probability is 0.3438. The fourth chapter concludes that to improve the quality of football activities in primary schools in Jiangsu Province, we should strengthen the leadership of campus football activities, implement the national educational principles and policies, develop football education, and improve the diversity of the evaluation system of campus football activities.
