基于核心素养培养的小学英语课程标准分析

【摘要】:在倡导素养教育的今天,社会各层已越来越关注核心素养。随着我国与国际的接轨,英语已经日益受到重视,英语课程标准也受到了广泛的关注。英语课程标准,是确定英语学科一定学段的课程水平及课程结构的纲领性文件。我国于2001年制定,并于2011年修订了《义务教育英语课程标准》。英语课程标准被视为英语课程的“心脏”,对我国的教育改革具有指导性作用。然而我国小学英语课程标准的制定是基于“三维课程目标”,即“知识与技能”、“过程与方法”、“情感态度与价值观”,因此在运行过程中有不尽完善之处。因此我国教育部组织实施了中国学生发展核心素养研究,并于2016年提出了《中国学生发展核心素养》成果。同时我国教育部已于2016年12月组织修订完毕了义务教育高中阶段各级课程标准。本研究是根据《中国学生发展核心素养》,试探性地对我国《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011版小学部分)进行分析,旨在为我国《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011版小学部分)的进一步完善或修订提供一定的借鉴。本论文主要分为7个部分:第一章绪论。介绍了本文的选题依据、论文的研究目的、研究意义、研究内容、研究思路和研究方法。第二章文献综述。综合介绍并分析了国内外关于课程标准及核心素养的研究现状,为本文的研究提供参考和借鉴。第三章核心素养与课程标准的关系。主要涉及了核心素养、学科核心素养、英语学科核心素养、课程标准和英语学科课程标准。这些内容为《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011版小学部分)的完善和修订提供了依据。第四章我国现行小学英语课程标准及其特征。对《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011版小学部分)的产生与发展、结构与特征进行分析归纳。第五章现行小学英语课程标准调查与分析。研究者先后对八位教育工作者进行五个维度的深度访谈,其中包括小学教育管理者、骨干教育工作者和教育研究人员。得出访谈结果并分析访谈结果。同时对《义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)》的文本进行了详细的分析。第六章为基于核心素养发展的小学英语课程标准的完善提出建议。分别为科学确定小学英语核心素养要素;严格遵循小学英语课程标准的文本结构;科学划定小学英语课程标准的教育时段;统筹规划小学英语课程标准的逻辑体系;正确处理“课程目标”与“核心素养”的关系。第七章结语,反思了本文的特色和不足之处并提出了展望。
[Abstract]:In advocating literacy education today, all levels of society have paid more and more attention to core literacy. With the integration of China and the world, English has been paid more and more attention, and English curriculum standards have also received extensive attention. English curriculum standard is a programmatic document to determine the curriculum level and curriculum structure of a certain class of English subjects. China formulated the English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education in 2001 and revised the English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education in 2011. The English curriculum standard is regarded as the "heart" of the English curriculum and plays a guiding role in the educational reform of our country. However, the formulation of English curriculum standards in primary schools in China is based on "three-dimensional curriculum objectives", that is, "knowledge and skills", "process and method", "emotional attitude and values", so there are imperfections in the process of operation. Therefore, the Ministry of Education of our country has organized and implemented the research on the core literacy of Chinese students' development, and put forward the achievement of "the Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development" in 2016. At the same time, the Ministry of Education of our country has organized and revised the curriculum standards at all levels in the high school stage of compulsory education in December 2016. According to the Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development, this study makes a tentative analysis of the English Curriculum Standard of compulsory Education in China (2011 edition of primary school). The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the further improvement or revision of the English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education (2011 Edition) in China. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper introduces the basis of this paper, the research purpose, research significance, research content, research ideas and research methods. The second chapter is a literature review. This paper comprehensively introduces and analyzes the research status of curriculum standards and core literacy at home and abroad, which provides reference and reference for the research of this paper. The third chapter is the relationship between core literacy and curriculum standards. It mainly involves core literacy, subject core literacy, English subject core literacy, curriculum standards and English subject curriculum standards. These contents provide the basis for the improvement and revision of compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard (2011 edition of primary school). The fourth chapter is about the current English curriculum standards and its characteristics in primary schools in China. This paper analyzes and sums up the emergence and development, structure and characteristics of compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard (2011 edition of primary school). The fifth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current primary school English curriculum standards. The researchers conducted five-dimensional in-depth interviews with eight educators, including primary school education managers, backbone educators and educational researchers. The interview results are obtained and the interview results are analyzed. At the same time, the text of compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition) is analyzed in detail. The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of English curriculum standards in primary schools based on the development of core literacy. The core literacy elements of primary school English are determined scientifically, the text structure of strict compliance with primary school English curriculum standards is strictly followed, the educational period of primary school English curriculum standards is scientifically designated, and the logical system of primary school English curriculum standards is planned as a whole. Correctly handle the relationship between "curriculum objectives" and "core literacy". The seventh chapter concludes, reflects on the characteristics and shortcomings of this paper and puts forward the prospect.
