基于当代教育理念的小学教育管理策略初探

【摘要】:小学教育是整个教育的基础和关键,它担负着培养学生良好的学习、生活、道德习惯和锻造学生逻辑思维模式的重任。而当下实施素质教育,提高教育质量,更需从小学教育管理着手,本文探讨的是基于当代教育理念的小学教育管理策略。策略一:以个性化教育理念为指导的管理策略。首先阐释了个性化教育的基本涵义;其次列举了个性化教育的主要思想;进而得出个性化教育对小学教育管理策略的启示,即小学教育管理中要“以人为本”,要尊重学生的个性差异,要实现角色的转变,要改革评价方式,从而促进学生的健康成长。策略二:以师生为本的管理策略。首先阐释了以师生为本的管理策略的基本涵义,其次分析了以师生为本的管理策略的重要意义,继而初探以师生为本的管理策略的有效途径,从锻造高素质的教师队伍和开展以学生为主体的教育活动两方面进行了探索。策略三:以民主与集中统一的管理策略。首先建立民主制机制的管理构想,充分激发每一个人的责任感、创新力和创造力,实现个人成长与学校发展、个人幸福与学校繁荣的和谐统一;其次实现民主基础上的集中管理,调动全体教职工参与学校管理的主动性和积极性,提高管理效率,更确保校长决策的民主化、科学化。策略四:以建构多元化教学为中心的管理策略。从课程体系多元化、教学方法多样化、教学形式主体化、分层作业普遍化、教学评价多元化、教学风格独特化六个方面论述了小学教育管理中的大教学观。策略五:以“三结合”教育为依托的管理策略。首先,开设家长学校,通过实施家长学校教学子工程,提高家长学校教学水平;实施家长教子子工程,家长落实家庭教育;实施亲子共读子工程,家长子女共同发展;实施家校合作子工程,密切家校配合;建设家长学校教师队伍,教师主动抓家教;实施家教科研子工程,发挥科研先导作用,最终大幅提高家长素质。其次,联系社区教育,参与社区开展的意义别样的教育活动。另外,引进社会力量,填补学校教育的空缺。
[Abstract]:Primary education is the foundation and key of the whole education, which is responsible for cultivating students' good study, life, moral habits and forging students' logical thinking mode. At present, to carry out quality education and improve the quality of education, it is more necessary to start with the management of primary education. This paper discusses the management strategy of primary education based on the concept of contemporary education. Strategy 1: management strategy guided by individualized education concept. First of all, it explains the basic meaning of individualized education, secondly, enumerates the main ideas of individualized education. Furthermore, it is concluded that the enlightenment of individualized education to the management strategy of primary education is that it should be "people-oriented", respect the personality differences of students, realize the change of role, and reform the evaluation mode in the management of primary education. In order to promote the healthy growth of students. Strategy 2: teacher-student-oriented management strategy. This paper first explains the basic meaning of teacher-student-oriented management strategy, then analyzes the significance of teacher-student-oriented management strategy, and then probes into the effective ways of teacher-student-oriented management strategy. This paper probes into the forging of high quality teachers and the development of student-centered educational activities. Strategy 3: a unified management strategy of democracy and centralization. First of all, the management conception of establishing democratic system mechanism can fully stimulate everyone's sense of responsibility, innovation and creativity, and realize the harmonious unity of personal growth and school development, personal happiness and school prosperity. Secondly, it realizes the centralized management on the basis of democracy, arouses the initiative and enthusiasm of all the teaching staff to participate in the school management, improves the management efficiency, and ensures the democratization and scientization of the headmaster's decision-making. Strategy 4: management strategy centered on the construction of diversified teaching. This paper discusses the teaching view in primary school education management from six aspects: the diversification of curriculum system, the diversification of teaching methods, the subjectivity of teaching form, the universality of hierarchical homework, the diversification of teaching evaluation and the uniqueness of teaching style. Strategy 5: management strategy based on "three combination" education. First of all, the establishment of parent schools, through the implementation of parent-school teaching sub-project to improve the teaching level of parents and schools; the implementation of parent-child project, parents to implement family education, the implementation of parent-child reading project, the common development of parents and children; Implement home-school cooperation sub-project, close home-school cooperation; build parents and schools teachers, teachers take the initiative to grasp tutoring; implement tutoring research sub-project, give full play to the leading role of scientific research, and finally greatly improve the quality of parents. Secondly, contact with community education and participate in the meaningful educational activities carried out by the community. In addition, the introduction of social forces to fill the gap in school education.
