攀岩运动对学龄期儿童运动能力的影响研究
[Abstract]:School-age children are in a period of rapid and critical physical and psychological development. At this stage, whether the body can develop healthily or not is the primary concern of their parents and society. At the same time, children of this age group are still in the stage of compulsory education, academic performance, cultural lessons occupy most of the time, children lack of physical exercise, hands-on operation and other skills, physical quality is declining year by year. In order to improve children's sports ability and increase children's interest in sports, Chengdu and other cities have introduced rock climbing as a teaching form into the physical education classroom of primary and secondary schools. Rock climbing is different from physical education courses based on simple sports (running, long jump, etc.) in the traditional sense. After climbing as the carrier, rock climbing class enters the physical education classroom, in addition to adding interest. Rock climbing itself has different degrees of help to the improvement and improvement of children's central nervous system and the promotion of body growth and development. In addition to meeting the standards required by the new curriculum standards for physical education curricula in primary and secondary schools, this new type of physical education classroom can greatly enhance the enthusiasm of children to participate in sports activities and enable them to take the initiative to come into contact with physical exercise. In the end, we can grow up more healthily. The purpose of this study was to explore whether school-age children's ability to exercise is affected after they participate in rock climbing learning. The study selected Chengdu Linggu Road Primary School, one of the four "rock climbing demonstration schools" awarded by the China Mountain climbing Association in 2014, as a sample. 20 male and female students in the fifth grade (10 years old, 11 years old) were randomly selected, and the other two primary schools were selected. In Chengwai Primary School, 20 male and female students in Grade 5 (10 years old 11 years old) were randomly selected as the control group. Through the experiment, the students obtained: upper arm tension circumference, forearm tension circumference, hand grip strength, arm flexion drape, 50 meters running, 50 meters 脳 8 round trip running, sitting body flexion in front of the measurement index. It was found that after 12 weeks of rock climbing course, the children in the experimental group had a significant improvement in their motor ability compared with the control group trained in the traditional model course. Conclusion: after a short period of (12 weeks) rock climbing course, it is found that: 1. Rock climbing has a significant effect on the growth of upper arm muscle and forearm muscle in the physical fitness of children (boys). 2. Rock climbing can obviously promote the improvement of the strength quality (upper limb strength) of children (boys, girls). 3. Rock climbing can obviously promote the flexibility of children (boys and girls). According to the results, we can see that rock climbing plays an important role in promoting the sports ability of school-age children as a whole.
