牡丹江市城区小学音乐教育现状调查与分析

【摘要】:随着素质教育的深入开展,音乐教育现状的研究变得日益重要。本文运用调查法、观察法、访谈法,在对牡丹江市有代表性的四所城区学校、教师、学生调查的基础上,进行了数据分析和结果讨论,重点问题还进行了年级间对比、校际间对比,发现学生对音乐课的认识不足、整体素质不高、部分家庭漠视音乐教育;教师梯队建设缺少规划、职后培训不够有效、音乐教师科研及职称层次偏低;音乐教育的“软实力”有待提升,社会力量参与办学不足,中高年级音乐教材有待改进。提出了重视教师有效职后培训,鼓励参与高层次课题研究,畅通职称提升通道,充分调动社会力量参与办学,音乐教师面向全体学生,家庭也需配合重视的建议。并就一些共性与差异性问题,和全国两个同级别城市进行了比较,希望能为小学音乐教育的改革与发展提供一些可借鉴的因素。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education, the research on the present situation of music education has become more and more important. Based on the investigation, observation and interview of four representative urban schools, teachers and students in Mudanjiang City, this paper analyzes the data and discusses the results, and makes a comparison between grades. Compared with each other, it is found that the students' understanding of music class is insufficient, the overall quality is not high, and some families ignore music education. The construction of teacher echelon is lack of planning, post-service training is not effective enough, the scientific research and professional title level of music teachers is low, the "soft power" of music education needs to be improved, the participation of social forces in running schools is insufficient, and the music teaching materials of middle and senior grades need to be improved. This paper puts forward some suggestions that teachers should attach importance to effective post-vocational training, encourage to participate in high-level research, open up channels for the promotion of professional titles, fully mobilize social forces to participate in running schools, music teachers should face all students, and families should also pay attention to it. Some common and difference problems are compared with two cities of the same level in China, hoping to provide some reference factors for the reform and development of music education in primary schools.
