“协商管理”:实现学校治理的路径探索

【摘要】:安徽省合肥市屯溪路小学在管理实践中引进"协商管理"的理念,探索学校治理的路径。一是完善制度,制定"协商会议"议事规则。如学校基于"罗伯特议事规则",创立了"年级组协商会议"。二是改进机制,综合了矩阵式和事业部式两种组织结构类型的优点,绘制学校组织结构图。三是探索方法,建立管理协商平台,包括建立和完善会议协商平台及网络协商平台。
[Abstract]:Tunxi Road Primary School in Hefei City, Anhui Province, introduced the concept of "negotiation management" in management practice, and explored the path of school governance. First, improve the system and formulate the rules of procedure of the Consultative Conference. For example, based on Robert's rules of procedure, the school created the Grade Group Consultative meeting. The second is to improve the mechanism, combining the advantages of matrix and department organizational structure types, and drawing the school organizational structure diagram. The third is to explore methods and establish a management consultation platform, including the establishment and improvement of conference consultation platform and network negotiation platform.
