基于GIS的朝阳市中心城区小学教育资源布局及优化研究

【摘要】:随着义务教育普及政策的实施,全国范围内基础教育的发展水平明显提高。但受社会、经济、文化、制度、公共服务设施等诸多国情因素影响,教育的不均衡发展已成为我国当前教育事业的普遍问题。学校是开展教育活动的载体,也是教育资源依托的实体。做好公共服务设施中的教育设施配置规划是城市教育均衡发展的根本。本文的研究对象是朝阳市中心城区小学教育资源,从学校网点分布、教育资源质量、空间要素关联分析等方面,研判市内各小学教育资源布局的不合理之处。通过对教育资源可达性的评价,发现研究区内获得教育资源便捷和缺乏的地点,为进一步合理划分学区和优化配置教育资源提供支持,具有明显的现实意义。全文共分六部分内容:第一章为论文研究的绪论部分,阐述了研究背景、意义和目的以及教育设施布局和GIS的国内外文献综述,并提出本文的研究方法和范围。第二章主要介绍本文研究的相关理论,主要的理论包括教育资源空间分布、GIS空间分析技术和教育资源可达性。第三章为朝阳市中心城区小学教育资源配置现状的分析。对朝阳市中心城区小学的基本情况进行概括,从网点分布、校际差异、区际差异,以及单体学校的质量对比,多角度分析小学教育资源配置的现状特点。第四章为朝阳市中心城区小学布局的空间分析,分别利用缓冲区、Voronoi图划分出了小学的服务区域,运用网络分析对小学的入学可达性进行评价,将划分出的服务区与现状学区进行对比,发现现状学区的不足之处。第五章总结梳理了前四章研究中发现的朝阳市中心城区小学教育资源存在的问题,并提出了优化的原则和对策。第六章对本文研究进行归纳总结,提出不足之处和未来展望。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of compulsory education popularization policy, the development level of basic education in the whole country has been obviously improved. However, under the influence of many national factors, such as society, economy, culture, system, public service facilities and so on, the unbalanced development of education has become a common problem in our country at present. School is not only the carrier of educational activities, but also the entity of educational resources. It is the foundation of the balanced development of urban education to do a good job in the allocation planning of educational facilities in public service facilities. The research object of this paper is the primary school education resources in the central urban area of Chaoyang City. From the aspects of school network distribution, educational resources quality, spatial factor correlation analysis and so on, the unreasonable distribution of primary school education resources in Chaoyang City is studied and judged. Through the evaluation of the accessibility of educational resources, it is found that it is of great practical significance to obtain convenient and scarce educational resources in the study area, which provides support for the further rational division of school districts and the optimal allocation of educational resources. The full text is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction part of the paper, which expounds the research background, significance and purpose, as well as the layout of educational facilities and GIS literature review at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods and scope of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories studied in this paper, including the spatial distribution of educational resources, GIS spatial analysis technology and the accessibility of educational resources. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of primary education resources allocation in the central urban area of Chaoyang City. This paper summarizes the basic situation of primary schools in the central urban area of Chaoyang City, and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the allocation of primary education resources from many angles from the aspects of dot distribution, inter-school differences, interregional differences, and the quality comparison of single schools. The fourth chapter is the spatial analysis of the layout of primary schools in the central urban area of Chaoyang City, using buffer zone and Voronoi diagram to divide the service area of primary school, using network analysis to evaluate the accessibility of primary school admission, comparing the divided service area with the current school district, and finding the shortcomings of the current school district. The fifth chapter summarizes and combs the problems existing in the primary education resources in the central urban area of Chaoyang City found in the first four chapters, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures of optimization. The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects for the future.
