个人与团队篮球游戏对4-6年级学生自我意识影响的研究

【摘要】:本文是研究个人与团队篮球游戏对4-6年级学生自我意识的不同影响。自我意识是个人对自我、社会关系、人际关系的综合认识,而自我意识的水平是个人能否客观公正的对自身与其所处的现状与关系进行评价的重要影响因素。自我意识在人的思想与行为方面都会有所体现,如学生在校的行为、社交等都会对自我如外貌、自卑情绪或是焦虑等都会有所影响,最直观的影响是学习成绩与心理健康等。自我意识的发展是从婴幼儿时期开始的,呈总体向上的波段式发展,同时自我意识有显著的年级变化,在小学四年级时发展水平有所放缓,后在初二阶段回升。自我意识的发展主要受家庭、学校和人际关系的影响较为严重,不良外在因素会使自我意识的发展受阻甚至下降,从而导致心理问题和社交关系受到影响。本着提升学生心理健康水平,帮助学生健康发展的初衷,本研究目的是在4-6年级这个自我意识下降的特殊阶段对学生进行不同类型篮球游戏的干预,试图发现适合本阶段学生的游戏类型,并帮助学生提高自我意识水平。小学阶段是人对社会的认识与自我心理成长的塑形阶段,而四年级开始出现的自我意识发展水平放缓与高速发展时期相比更能体现实验对学生自己意识影响的有效性与区别性。文章以深圳市龙岗区宝沙一路宝龙学校4-6年级学生为被试对象,进行长达四个月的篮球游戏干预研究。其中个人篮球游戏组45人,团队篮球游戏组45人,对照组学生45人,以Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表为工具对实验对象进行调查与结果测试,所得数据使用SPSS13.0系统软件进行统计学分析,结果表明:在个人与团队两种篮球游戏的干预中,两种篮球游戏皆对学生的自我意识有总体上的增强作用。个人与团队篮球游戏对4-6年级学生的行为、智力与学校情况、合群等6方面的评价均有不同程度的影响。个人篮球游戏对智力与学校情况、合群维度和行为维度有显著积极影响,而其他三方面无影响。团队篮球游戏对智力与学校情况、合群维度和行为维度有显著积极影响,而其他三方面无影响。个人篮球游戏在总分提升率上比团队篮球游戏有更好效果。“行为”、“躯体与外貌属性”、“焦虑”三个维度个人篮球游戏提升率比团队篮球游戏高。“智力与学校情况”、“合群”、“幸福与满足”三个维度团队篮球游戏提升率比个人篮球游戏高。对照组自我意识总体无明显变化,幸福与满足维度有明显下降趋势。根据实验研究得出以下结论:个人与团队篮球游戏对自我意识发展水平放缓时期的学生都具有积极影响。
[Abstract]:This paper is to study the effect of individual and team basketball game on the self-consciousness of 4-6 students. Self-consciousness is a comprehensive understanding of the individual's self, social relations and interpersonal relationship, and the level of self-consciousness is an important factor that the individual can objectively and justly evaluate the status and relationship of the individual. The self-consciousness can be reflected in the people's thought and behavior, such as the behavior of the student in school, the social and so on will affect the self, such as appearance, low self-esteem, anxiety, etc., the most visual effect is the academic achievement and the mental health, etc. The development of self-consciousness is from the beginning of the infant period, in the overall upward band type development, while the self-consciousness has a significant grade change, the development level in the fourth grade of the primary school has slowed, and then recovered in the first two stages. The development of self-consciousness is mainly affected by the influence of family, school and interpersonal relationship. In order to improve the students' mental health level and to help the students' healthy development, the purpose of this study is to intervene in the different types of basketball games to the students in the special stage of the self-consciousness decline in the fourth-sixth grade, and try to find the game type suitable for the students in this stage. And help the students to improve the self-awareness level. The primary stage is the shaping stage of the people's understanding of the society and the self-psychological growth, and the level of self-consciousness development in the fourth grade has a better effect on the students' self-consciousness than the high-speed development period. In this paper, four-month-long basketball game intervention was conducted for 4-6 students in Baoshan School, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Among them,45 of the personal basketball game group,45 in the team basketball game group and 45 in the control group, the experiment objects were investigated and the results were tested with the Piers-Harris Children's Self-awareness Scale. The results showed that: In the intervention of the two kinds of basketball games between the individual and the team, the two kinds of basketball games have an overall effect on the students' self-consciousness. The individual and team basketball games have different degrees of influence on the behavior, intelligence and school situation of the 4-6 grade students. The individual basketball game has a significant positive effect on the intelligence and the school situation, the group dimension and the behavior dimension, while the other three aspects have no influence. The team basketball game has a significant positive effect on the intelligence and the school situation, the group dimension and the behavior dimension, while the other three aspects have no effect. The personal basketball game has a better effect on the overall score improvement rate than the team basketball game. "act", "body and appearance attributes", and "anxiety" three-dimensional personal basketball game improvement rate is higher than that of the team basketball game. In "Intelligence and school conditions", "combined group", and "happiness and satisfaction", the basketball game promotion rate of the three dimension team is higher than that of the personal basketball game. The self-consciousness of the control group has no obvious change, and the well-being and the satisfaction of the dimension have a significant downward trend. According to the experimental study, the following conclusions are drawn: the individual and team basketball game have a positive effect on the students in the period of self-awareness development.
