小学教育专业实践能力培养中存在的问题及对策分析——以某校为例

【摘要】:是否具备较强的专业实践能力是小学教师最重要的专业支撑。深入分析某校小学教育专业学生实践能力培养的模式,可以看出其中存在不少问题:专业实践课程结构设置不合理,实践环节不完善,师资队伍结构不合理等。因此,需要对小学教育专业实践能力培养策略进行深入的探究,进而构建科学的实践能力培养模式,发展学生的专业实践智慧,全面提高专业素养。
[Abstract]:Having strong professional practice ability is the most important professional support for primary school teachers. It can be seen that there are many problems in the practice curriculum structure, the practice link is not perfect and the teacher's structure is unreasonable. Therefore, it is necessary to make an in-depth study on the strategy of training the professional practice ability of primary education, and then build a scientific practice ability cultivation mode, develop the students' professional practice wisdom and comprehensively improve the professional literacy.
