【摘要】:所谓“校园欺负”是指发生在校园内的“力量较强的一方在未受激惹的情况下对力量较弱的一方重复进行的攻击行为,它以其不平衡性、反复性及蓄意性为特征,其主要类型包括直接身体欺负、言语欺负及关系欺负等。”本研究采用问卷法和访谈法对大连市内的部分进城务工者子女进行校园欺负现状的调查,发放315份问卷,有效回收279份,访谈对象为32人。本研究主要对进城务工者子女的校园受欺负现状、他们对待欺负/受欺负的态度及应对方式进行调查分析。在此基础上系统研究了性别、是否为独生子女、是否为班干部、年级、在城市学习时间及家庭特征这六个因素对进城务工者子女校园受欺负状况的影响。针对调查数据总结出进城务工者子女校园受欺负的特征为:1.进城务工者子女主要受到同班城市学生的欺负;2.进城务工者子女主要采用忍受、报复的应对方式;3.进城务工者子女校园受欺负存在年级及在城市学习时间的差异;4.进城务工者子女主要遭受被泄露信息及被说坏话的网络受欺负形式。针对进城务工者子女校园欺负现状探索性地提出了具有针对性的应对策略。本论文对于进城务工者子女校园欺负问题提出如下的应对策略:1.学校应建立相关规章制度,从根本上遏制校园欺负行为的发生;2.教师应提高有效处置校园欺负事件的能力;3.营造和谐文明的上网环境,以尽可能地减少欺负行为的发生;4.鼓励校园欺负行为的旁观者形成制造正义的舆论,坚决制止各种类型的校园欺负行为。本论文对于校园生活中遭受欺负的进城务工者子女提出如下教育建议:1.提高进城务工者子女对待校园欺负的积极应对能力;2.提高进城务工者子女的自尊,帮助他们适应城市学校新环境,摆脱受欺负的窘境;3.对进城务工者子女中校园欺负的易受群体给予特别关注;4.提高进城务工者子女的心理韧性,以尽可能地避免或减少欺负行为所带来的消极影响。
[Abstract]:The so-called "campus bullying" refers to the place in the campus in the "power of the stronger party without being provoked the weaker party repeated attacks, with its unbalanced characteristic, repetitive and deliberate, the main types include direct verbal bullying and physical bullying, bullying etc.." In this study, questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of campus bullying among some migrant workers in Dalian. 315 questionnaires were distributed, effective 279 were collected, and 32 were interviewed. This study investigates and analyzes the status of bullying on the campus of the children of urban migrant workers, their attitude towards bullying / being bullied and their coping styles. On this basis, we systematically studied the influence of six factors, such as gender, whether they are only child, whether they are class cadres, grades, urban learning time and family characteristics, on the campus bullying of migrant workers' children. According to the survey data summed up the characteristics of migrant workers' children campus bullying: 1. migrant workers' children are bullied by his students in the city; 2. migrant workers' children mainly deal with the way the bear, revenge; 3. of the migrant workers' children campus bullying difference and learning time in the city's 4. migrant workers; the children who suffered the information was leaked and speak ill of network bullying form. In the light of the present situation of school bullying of the children of migrant workers, this paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasures. This paper puts forward the countermeasures as follows for migrant workers' children school bullying problems: 1. schools should set up relevant regulations, fundamentally curb the occurrence of bullying in campus; 2. teachers should improve the effective treatment of campus bullying; 3. to create a harmonious civilization on the network environment, so as to reduce the incidence of bullying possible 4.; encourage bullying onlookers formed manufacturing justice opinion, and resolutely stop all kinds of bullying. This paper for the campus bullying of the migrant workers' children education put forward the following suggestions: 1. improve the migrant workers' children to school bullying positive coping ability; 2. improve the migrant workers' children's self-esteem, help them adapt to the new city school environment, get rid of the dilemma of being bullied; 3. of the migrant workers' children in school bullying pay special attention to vulnerable groups of migrant workers; 4. improve the mental toughness of children, with a negative impact as much as possible to avoid or reduce bullying caused by.
