【摘要】:文化是一个民族生存的根基,是一个民族发展的灵魂和动力,同时文化也一个民族区别于其他民族的重要标志,如果一个民族失去其独特的文化则意味着这个民族的消亡。在当今世界复杂多变的形势中,文化软实力竞争已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力强弱的首要因素。十八大报告明确提出:扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设,增强文化整体实力和竞争力,关键是增强全民族文化创造活力。十八大三中全会又进一步提出了完善中华优秀传统文化教育的具体要求,为了贯彻落实党中央的教育精神,坚持立德树人的根本教育任务,教育部于2014年3月26日印发了关于《完善中华优秀传统文化教育指导纲要》的通知。因此,积极探索我国新时期学校德育传承各少数民族优秀传统文化是教育界的一大任务。本文是以马克思主义德育理论为科学指导,关于在学校德育的视角下如何传承和发展各少数民族优秀传统文化的问题。论文的主要内容分为以下四章:第一章,新时期学校德育与民族优秀传统文化。主要是介绍我国新时期学校德育的功能和内容,民族传统文化的类型和特点,各民族优秀传统文化蕴含着丰富的德育资源。第二章,新时期学校德育传承民族优秀传统文化的必要性。主要介绍学校德育传承各少数民族优秀传统文化的依据,地位和功能。第三章,新时期学校德育传承民族优秀传统文化存在的问题。主要介绍新时期学校德育传承民族传统文化的现实状况,产生的问题及原因。第四章,新时期学校德育传承民族优秀传统文化的对策分析。主要介绍新时期学校德育传承民族优秀传统文化的理论指导,教材编写和课程的开发,德育教育者综合素质的提高,优化校园民族文化环境的建设等。
[Abstract]:Culture is the foundation of the survival of a nation, the soul and motive force of the development of a nation. At the same time, culture is also an important symbol that distinguishes a nation from other nationalities. If a nation loses its unique culture, it means the disappearance of this nation. The competition of cultural soft power has become the primary factor to measure the strength of a country's comprehensive national strength. The 18 report clearly put forward: to promote the construction of the socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner and to enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the culture. The key is to strengthen the vitality of the national culture creation. The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee further put forward the specific requirements for improving the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture in order to carry out the education spirit of the CPC Central Committee. In March 26th 2014, the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the guiding Program of perfecting Chinese excellent traditional Culture and Education. It is a great task for the educational circles to actively explore the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the minority nationalities in the school moral education of our country in the new period. This article is guided by Marxist moral education theory. On how to inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture of minority nationalities in the perspective of school moral education. The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters: chapter one. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the functions and contents of school moral education in the new period and the types and characteristics of national traditional culture. The excellent traditional culture of each nationality contains abundant moral education resources. Chapter two. The necessity of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the nation in the school moral education in the new period. It mainly introduces the basis, status and function of the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the minority nationalities in the school moral education. Chapter three. The problems existing in the inheritance of national excellent traditional culture in school moral education in the new period. This paper mainly introduces the realistic situation, problems and reasons of inheriting the national traditional culture of school moral education in the new period. 4th chapter. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical guidance, textbook compilation and curriculum development of school moral education in the new period. Moral education educators improve their comprehensive quality and optimize the construction of campus national cultural environment.
