生态学视野下的道德教育

【摘要】：在迈向现代化的今天，人们越来越迫切地寄希望于道德教育来改善社会频发的道德失范现象，引领和重塑具有中华民族特色的主流道德价值体系。但道德教育的实效与人们的期望仍有相当的距离，在实践中呈现出许多不足之处。如何提高道德教育的实效，培养具有独立道德判断和选择能力的一代新人，寻求行之有效的理论来指导教育实践活动和改革成为当前道德教育的紧迫任务。随着生态学的研究对象从自然界逐渐转向人类自身，这门科学日渐频繁地出现在人们的视野中，成为研究问题的一种新视角。教育生态学的出现可谓令人们对教育问题有了耳目一新的认识，因此运用生态学的理论和观点指导学校道德教育改革或许可以拓宽思路，开辟一条全新而有效的道路。本研究以生态学的相关理论为指导，立足于生态学的视角探讨道德教育存在的问题，并提出相应的解决策略。本文内容主要分为以下三个部分：第一部分，详细介绍了生态学的发展状况及其基本理论观点，首先是生态学的产生及其在研究人文现象中的应用，并由此演化为一种新的世界观和方法论。其次论述了集中体现生态学基本理论的研究领域——生态系统，该领域的系统论和联系观对道德教育问题的研究提供了有益启示。最后特别阐释了生态学关于整体与部分、主体与客体关系的思想。第二部分，对学校道德教育存在的问题进行论述，并以生态学的相关理念对其进行了剖析。我国当代道德教育的困境，外在于环境的封闭性，内在于道德教育的保守性与新的时代精神不适应，主要表现在三个方面：（1）忽视了“完整的人”的培养（2）德性创造的缺失，道德教育缺乏创新与活力（3）社会环境对学校道德教育成效的消解。从生态学的层面上来讲，这些问题产生的原因在于以下方面：首先是没有从生态系统整体性的角度去看待道德教育，从外部生态看，道德教育是整个教育生态系统中重要的一环，从内部生态看，道德教育要培养的人是知情意行整体统一的人。其次是绝对的主客二分限制了受教育者的主体性，道德教育缺乏活力，此外道德教育生态系统的动态发展性亦被忽视，道德体系不断更新才能获得可持续发展。再次没有认识到道德教育生态系统的开放性，学校不能脱离社会而存在，应正确认识、接受、利用社会环境对道德教育的影响。第三部分，基于生态学视野提出学校道德教育的优化对策，这是本论文的重点内容。要改善当前的现状，道德教育改革势在必行，一是观念层面的变革：我们应对当前存在的问题形成一个正确的认识，问题是改革的动力，从中发现改革的契机，另外应努力提高人们对道德教育的重视。二是生态系统内部的调整与变革：首先在教育目标的设置上，要以生态学整体性的理论为指导，培养完善人格的人，，其次发挥受教育者的主体精神，促进新的道德精神的产生，在动态平衡中实现道德生态系统的可持续发展。三是与生态系统外部环境的协同合作：以开放性的态度接纳、吸收、以及合理利用社会环境对道德教育的影响，但同时应树立核心价值体系，防止道德相对主义和虚无主义。
[Abstract]:Today , people are more and more pressing on moral education to improve the moral anomie of social frequency , leading and reshaping the mainstream moral value system with Chinese characteristics . But the practical effect of moral education is still quite a distance from the expectations of people . In practice , there are many shortcomings . How to improve the effectiveness of moral education , to train a new person with independent moral judgment and selection ability , to seek effective theory to guide educational practice activities and reform become the urgent task of current moral education . The emergence of educational ecology has made people have a new understanding of the educational problems , so it may be possible to broaden the thinking and open up a new and effective way to guide the reform of moral education in schools by applying the theories and perspectives of ecology . This research focuses on the problems of moral education from the perspective of ecology , and puts forward corresponding strategies . This paper is divided into three parts : In the first part , the development status of ecology and its basic theoretical perspectives are introduced in detail . First , it is the production of ecology and its application in the study of human phenomena , and it has evolved into a new world view and methodology . The second part discusses the problems existing in the school moral education and analyzes the problems of the ecology . The dilemma of the contemporary moral education in our country lies in the close nature of the environment , in that the conservatism of the moral education and the new age spirit are not adapted . The main expression is in three aspects : ( 1 ) the absence of the " complete person " , the lack of innovation and vitality of moral education ( 3 ) the digestion of the effect of the social environment on the moral education of the school . From the perspective of ecology , the cause of these problems lies in the fact that moral education is not viewed from the perspective of ecosystem integrity . From the perspective of external ecology , moral education is an important part of the whole educational ecosystem . The third part , based on the ecological view , puts forward the optimization countermeasure of the school moral education , which is the key content of this paper . To improve the present situation , the reform of moral education is imperative . First , we should try to improve the people ' s attention to the moral education .
