开放教育资源采纳与使用分析

【摘要】：网络的发展给人们的日常生活带来了方便与快捷,同时也给教育教学带来了新的发展模式,联合国教科文组织UNESCO在2002年就提出了开放教育资源OER这个名词,美国麻省理工学院MIT的开放课件OCW活动推动了OER的发展。本通过调查问卷的方式收集数据,分析了在我国高等院校中OER的采纳与使用情况,并借助SWOT理论分析了目前OER发展面临的机遇与挑战。
[Abstract]:The development of network brings convenience and quickness to people's daily life, and also brings new development mode to education and teaching. In 2002, UNESCO UNESCO put forward the term "open education resource OER". The Open Courseware OCW activity of MIT MIT has promoted the development of OER. This paper analyzes the adoption and use of OER in colleges and universities in China by collecting data by questionnaire. With the help of SWOT theory, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of OER are analyzed.
