【摘要】：全面抗战爆发后,战区儿童流离失所。爱国实业家竺梅先目睹难童惨状,募资筹办奉化国际灾童教养院,成为战时全国唯一一家由民间出资兴办的灾童教养机构,历时五载。本组史料收录了国际灾童教养院有关组织创办、经费补助等与振济委员会来往函件,对于研究战时儿童教养救助工作有一定价值。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, children in the war zone were displaced. Zhu Meixian, a patriotic industrialist, witnessed the tragic situation of the poor children and raised funds to prepare for the Fenghua International School for the Rehabilitation of disaster Children. It has been five years since it became the only civil funded institution for the rehabilitation of children in wartime. The historical materials of this group include the establishment of the relevant organizations of the International disaster Children's Correctional Institute, the subsidy of funds and so on, and the correspondence with the Zhenji Committee. It has certain value for studying the work of children's upbringing and rescue in wartime.
