贵阳市中小学教师心理健康水平调查研究

【摘要】:通过症状自评量表SCL-90对贵阳市四所学校(北大附中贵阳为明实验学校、贵阳十六中、贵阳市三十一中、花溪区华阳小学)教师的系统测试,对贵阳市中小学教师的心理健康状况进行分析和研究。测试结果显示:大约32%的中小学教师有心理健康问题,在焦虑和偏执方面高于常模的教师比例高达34.09%;男、女教师相比,女教师的心理健康问题明显要低于男教师;看看我们教师的婚姻状况,离异教师的症状自评总分明显高于未婚和已婚教师,未婚教师的症状自评总分略高于已婚教师;从任教的学段来看,中职教师的症状自评总分均值在常模之外,小学、初中和高中教师的症状自评总分均值尚在合理范围之内。根据测试结果可以看出:贵阳市各中小学教师的心理健康情况不容乐观。教师心理是否健康直接影响到学生的心理健康水平以及学生健康人格的形成,所以社会对教师群体心理健康的关注刻不容缓。作为一名教师,生活在这样竞争激烈、人际关系复杂、工作负担繁重和压力过大的环境中,对心理学的学习和研究非常必要。不仅如此,还应该学会自我调整、乐观处事、豁达待人、微笑地面对生活。
[Abstract]:The teachers of four schools in Guiyang City (Guiyang Experimental School, 16 Middle School, 31 Middle School of Guiyang, Huayi District, Huayi District) were systematically tested by symptom Checklist (SCL-90). The mental health status of primary and middle school teachers in Guiyang city was analyzed and studied. The results showed that about 32% of primary and middle school teachers had mental health problems, and the proportion of teachers with anxiety and paranoid ideation was as high as 34.09, compared with that of male and female teachers. The mental health problems of female teachers were obviously lower than that of male teachers, and the total score of symptom self-assessment of divorced teachers was significantly higher than that of unmarried and married teachers, and the total score of symptom self-assessment of unmarried teachers was slightly higher than that of married teachers. From the point of view of the period of teaching, the average of the total score of symptom self-assessment of secondary vocational school teachers is outside the norm in primary schools. According to the test results, it can be seen that the mental health of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guiyang is not optimistic. The level of students' mental health and the formation of students' healthy personality, So it is urgent for society to pay attention to the mental health of teachers. As a teacher, he lives in such an environment of fierce competition, complicated interpersonal relationships, heavy workload and excessive pressure. It is necessary to study and study psychology. Moreover, we should learn to adjust ourselves, be optimistic, be open-minded and face life with a smile.
