名师工作室建设的问题与对策

【摘要】：中小学名师工作室的建设,需要着力解决"四有四无"的问题,即有牌子无组织,有组织无活动,有活动无价值,有价值无方向。而要解决这些问题,就需要在先进理念的指导下,形成清晰的建设思路和具体到位的建设策略。具体来说,建设名师工作室,需要运用融合理念与引领理念作指导;名师工作室内部的管理要由制度管理过渡到文化管理,学习要由书本过渡到活动;要充分运用兼顾策略和自由策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of primary and secondary school teacher studio, needs to solve the "four four", namely the brand organization, organized activities, activities have no value, there is no value direction. To solve these problems, we need under the guidance of the advanced concepts, clear construction ideas and construction strategies in place. Specifically, the construction of teacher workshops, need to use fusion concept and idea guidance; teacher studio internal management system to manage the transition to the cultural management, learning from books to activities; to make full use of the strategy and strategy of freedom of both.
