【摘要】:中国教育学会2015年班集体理论与实践专题研讨会在上海市崇明县举行,会议集中体现了班主任群体自我意识的觉醒并在以下几个核心问题上进行了研讨,加强了思考的力度,拓展了研究的视野,增强了变革的力量。国际对话与教育变革背景下班主任对自身存在价值的追问、班主任工作变革需要强化教育转型意识和坚守教育立场、班主任的工作实践要高度重视教育的发生机制、班主任需要明晰发展方向并探寻专业发展路径。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the Symposium on Class Group Theory and practice was held in Chongming County, Shanghai. The meeting concentrated on the awakening of self-consciousness of the class teacher group and discussed the following core issues to strengthen the thinking. Under the background of international dialogue and educational reform, the teacher in charge of the class asks for the value of his own existence. The transformation of the work of the head teacher needs to strengthen the consciousness of educational transformation and stick to the educational position. The working practice of the head teacher should attach great importance to the mechanism of education, and the teacher in charge of class should clarify the direction of development and explore the path of professional development.
