基于积极心理学课程的大学生职业决策困难的干预研究

【摘要】:随着大数据时代的到来,社会生活网络化已经成为大学生生活的重要改变之一,依据布郎芬布伦纳发展心理学生态系统理论,社会生活网络化必将对大学生的生活、学习和就业产生影响,因此,影响大学生职业决策困难的因素也在发生变化。如何应对大学生职业决策困难,促进高校学生就业,减轻其就业压力,帮助其做好职业决策,成为高校就业辅导的重中之重。积极心理学作为近些年来的新兴力量,依据其理论设计的积极心理学辅导课程具有比传统职业辅导课程更多的优势,它更注重关注人生的意义,立足于挖掘大学生自身的优秀品质和能力,其授课方式的新颖性和互动性也更受到大学生的青睐,因而它可以通过培养大学生自身的能力来达到降低其职业决策困难的目的。本研究分两个部分,第一部分为调查研究,以248名大学生为研究对象,根据布郎芬布伦纳发展心理学生态系统理论,选取了人口学中的部分因素、父母因素、网络社会支持等影响因素,考察其对大学生职业决策困难的影响程度。此外,由于生态系统理论过分片面强调环境对人的影响,因此,本部分研究还对个体本身的人格因素进行研究。本研究的第二部分为干预研究,依据第一部分的研究结果,结合积极心理学相关理论,设计积极心理学团体活动辅导课程的干预方案,并根据自愿报名参加的原则,经职业决策困难问卷的筛选,最终选取60名被试,并将其分为实验组和控制组,对实验组进行干预,考察其对大学生职业决策困难的干预效果。研究结果如下:(1)大学生职业决策困难处于中等水平,且在性别、生源地、是否为独生子女方面不存在显著的差异;在是否接受过职业辅导、父母受教育程度、父母工作单位性质、家庭月收入水平方面存在着显著差异(2)大学生职业决策困难总分及各个维度与网络社会支持总分及各个维度之间存在着显著的负相关关系,且网络社会支持对大学生职业决策困难有较好的预测作用。(3)大学生职业决策困难总分及各个维度与人格各个维度之间存在着显著的相关关系,其中除神经质维度为显著正相关外,其余四个维度为显著负相关,且人格对大学生职业决策困难具有较好的预测作用。(4)依据大学生职业决策困难特点设计而成积极心理学团体活动辅导课程对大学生职业决策困难存在着显著的改善效果。可以帮助大学生建立积极的人际关系、树立积极的认知观念、感受积极情绪,发展积极的行为,从而提高就业动机、改善其犹豫不决的性格、增强其对自身能力及优势的了解以及提高对就业信息获取的能力。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data, the network of social life has become one of the most important changes in college students' life. Therefore, the factors that affect college students' career decision making difficulties are also changing. How to deal with college students' career decision making difficulties, how to promote college students' employment, reduce their employment pressure, help them to make career decisions well, Positive psychology, as a new force in recent years, has more advantages than traditional vocational guidance courses, and pays more attention to the significance of life. Based on exploring the excellent quality and ability of college students themselves, the novelty and interactivity of their teaching methods are more favored by college students. Therefore, it can reduce the difficulty of career decision making by cultivating college students' own ability. This study is divided into two parts: the first part is the investigation and research, and 248 college students are the research objects. According to the ecosystem theory of Brennan Brenner's developmental psychology, this paper selects some factors in demography, parents, social support and so on to investigate their influence on college students' career decision making difficulties. Because ecosystem theory emphasizes the influence of environment on human beings, the second part of this study is the intervention study, which is based on the results of the first part of the study. Based on the related theories of positive psychology, the intervention scheme of active counseling course in positive psychology group was designed. According to the principle of voluntary registration, 60 subjects were selected by the questionnaire of career decision making difficulties. It was divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The effect of intervention on college students' career decision making difficulties was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) College students' career decision-making difficulties are at the middle level, and they are in gender and student origin. There was no significant difference in whether they were only children, whether they had received vocational counseling, whether their parents were educated, and whether they were working units. There is a significant difference in the monthly income level of the family. 2) there is a significant negative correlation between the total score of career decision making difficulties and each dimension of college students and the total score of network social support and each dimension. The network social support has a good predictive effect on college students' career decision making difficulties. (3) there is a significant correlation between the total score of college students' career decision making difficulties and each dimension and personality dimension. In addition to the neuroticism dimension is significantly positive correlation, the other four dimensions are significantly negative correlation, Personality has a better predictive effect on college students' career decision making difficulties. (4) according to the characteristics of college students' career decision-making difficulties, it is designed to be a positive psychology group activity guidance course, which has a significant change to college students' career decision-making difficulties. Good effects. Can help college students to establish positive interpersonal relationships, We should set up positive cognitive concept, feel positive emotion and develop positive behavior, so as to improve employment motivation, improve their indecision character, enhance their understanding of their own abilities and advantages, and enhance their ability to obtain employment information.
