高校心理咨询中心建设的层次指标体系构建及实证分析

【摘要】：高校心理咨询中心是为大学生提供心理健康教育与咨询服务、普及宣传心理健康知识、提高学生心理素质水平的专门机构。目前,国内关于高校心理咨询中心建设的系统性研究不多,还缺乏相应的建设体系和方法设计,因此,有必要对高校心理咨询中心建设进行研究。高校心理咨询中心建设在组织管理方面,要坚持心理健康教育与高校学生德育工作相结合;在队伍建设方面,要坚持心理健康教育专业队伍与辅导员队伍相结合;在心理咨询与危机干预方面,要坚持干预性与发展性心理健康教育相结合。
[Abstract]:Psychological counseling center in colleges and universities is a special institution to provide psychological health education and consultation service for college students, popularize and propagate mental health knowledge, and improve the level of students' psychological quality. There are few systematic studies on the construction of psychological counseling centers in colleges and universities in China, and there is also a lack of corresponding construction system and method design. It is necessary to study the construction of psychological counseling center in colleges and universities. In the aspect of organization and management, we should insist on the combination of mental health education and moral education of college students. In the aspect of psychological counseling and crisis intervention, we should stick to the combination of intervention and developmental mental health education.
