学校教育中劳动教育对学生全面发展的作用研究

【摘要】：教育是人类最重要的活动之一,是一种特有的文化传承方式。教育本身没有好坏,只有方式和内容有区别;主要的判断方法是看这样的形式和内容,对于人的发展有无帮助是否合适。研究教育学,就是研究如何使人得到更好更健康的发展。劳动是人类的起源,也是教育的渊源,教育离不开劳动,教育本身就是劳动的过程。劳动既可以作为教育的内容,也可以作为教育的方法,同时也可以增强教育活动的实效性。教育活动是为了,让每个人得到更好的发展,所以“劳动”和“教育”需要紧密的结合。青少年接受教育的主要场所是学校,所以学校进行劳动教育会影响更广泛,更有利于对学生的发展。人的发展离不开“智力”、“情商”、“道德”、“逆境商”这几个方面。本文从“劳动”和“教育”两个方面阐释了“劳动教育”的含义。分析了为什么劳动教育,在人一生的发展过程中有至关重要的作用。劳动教育对青少年的德行、智商、情商、逆境商的成型和提升有哪些作用。通过对学校教育和人的发展需求的分析,寻找劳动教育在学校教育中的实施途径。探析劳动教育的实施对人的发展会有哪些方面的作用。
[Abstract]:Education is one of the most important activities of human beings and a unique way of cultural transmission. Education itself is not good or bad, only the way and the content are different. The main method of judgment is to look at such forms and contents. To study pedagogy is to study how to make people get better and healthier development.Labor is the origin of human beings, and it is also the origin of education, which cannot be separated from labor. Education itself is the process of labor. Labor can be both a content and a method of education, and it can also enhance the effectiveness of educational activities. Educational activities are designed to enable everyone to develop better. Therefore, "labor" and "education" need to be closely combined. The main place for young people to receive education is the school, so the school will have a wider impact on labor education. This paper explains the meaning of "labor education" from two aspects: "labor" and "education". Why labor education, It plays a vital role in the development of human life. What role does labor education play in the formation and promotion of adolescent morality, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and adversity quotient. Through the analysis of school education and human development needs, This paper explores the ways to implement labor education in school education, and analyzes the role of labor education in human development.
