教育体制改革与教育生态活力——纪念《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》颁布30周年

【摘要】：30年前,伴随着中国改革开放的大潮,《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》的颁布,开启了中国教育改革的新征程。回溯三十年的教育变革历程,尽管各项教育事业的发展取得令人注目的成绩,但体制性障碍依然是限制或制约教育生机与活力的主要原因。纪念《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》颁布30周年,就是要继承和发扬《决定》解放思想、激发教育活力的精神遗产,以法治机制破解教育改革所面临的体制性障碍,最大限度地调动政府、社会、学校等不同利益主体参与教育的积极性、创造性,营造健康、有序、充满生机与活力的教育生态,促进人的健康全面发展。
[Abstract]:Thirty years ago, with the tide of reform and opening up in China, the promulgation of the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of the Education system" opened a new journey for China's educational reform. Despite remarkable achievements in the development of various educational undertakings, institutional obstacles are still the main reason for restricting or restricting the vitality and vitality of education. The 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of the Education system, That is, to inherit and carry forward the spiritual heritage of emancipating the mind, to stimulate the vitality of education, to break through the institutional obstacles faced by the educational reform through the mechanism of the rule of law, and to mobilize the government and society to the maximum extent. Schools and other different stakeholders participate in the enthusiasm of education, creativity, to create a healthy, orderly, full of vitality and vitality of the educational ecology, to promote the healthy and all-round development of people.
