试论高校心理资本的建设

【摘要】：心理资本建设是实现高校践行社会主义核心价值观的重要体现。高校心理资本建设应严格遵循心理思想建设规律,明确高校教育的价值导向。心理活动是行为方向的内在驱动力,完善的心理建设能够起到最佳的心理效能。高校应该积极地将心理资本建设规律应用到社会主义核心价值体系的建设中,充分发挥人才的主观能动性,真正实现社会主义核心价值体系的实效性。研究证明,高校社会主义核心价值体系视域下心理资本建设应坚持创新与发展的思想,注重心理资本建设的实效价值。
[Abstract]:The construction of psychological capital is an important embodiment of the practice of socialist core values in colleges and universities, and the construction of psychological capital in colleges and universities should strictly follow the law of psychological ideological construction. Make clear the value orientation of higher education. Psychological activity is the internal driving force of behavior direction. Perfect psychological construction can play the best psychological efficiency. Colleges and universities should actively apply the law of psychological capital construction to the construction of socialist core value system, and give full play to the subjective initiative of talents. The study proves that the construction of psychological capital under the view of socialist core value system in colleges and universities should adhere to the idea of innovation and development and pay attention to the practical value of the construction of psychological capital.
