艰难的守望:一位特岗教师的自传性叙事研究

【摘要】:新疆农村地区发展相对落后,特岗教师长期处于一种相对封闭状态,近年来出现分布不合理、减员严重、教师队伍青黄不接、素质偏低、待遇不高等现象,影响和制约特岗计划的有效落实。为着力提高农村特岗教师的积极性,各地政府和有关部门相继出台了一系列措施,逐步解决了一些农村特岗教师的实际问题。但由于配套政策不健全、经济发展不平衡、资源配置不合理、保障措施不完善等原因,特岗教师生存发展境遇仍然面临诸多问题。本文以自传性叙事研究为主线,对新疆特岗计划实施以来的一些问题进行研究阐述,并就如何更加有效发挥特岗计划作用,建立和完善新疆农村特岗教师的激励机制展开论述,确保最大限度保留特岗教师人才队伍,使特岗教师更好地服务于教育事业。
[Abstract]:The development of rural areas in Xinjiang is relatively backward and the special post teachers have been in a relatively closed state for a long time. In recent years, there have been phenomena such as unreasonable distribution, serious attrition, low quality of teachers, low quality, low treatment and so on. The effective implementation of the special post plan has been affected and restricted. In order to improve the enthusiasm of special post teachers in rural areas, local governments and relevant departments have introduced a series of measures one after another. The practical problems of some special post teachers in rural areas have been gradually solved. However, due to imperfect supporting policies, unbalanced economic development, unreasonable allocation of resources, imperfect safeguards, and so on, There are still many problems in the survival and development of special post teachers. This paper takes the autobiographical narrative research as the main line, studies some problems since the implementation of the special post plan in Xinjiang, and discusses how to play the role of the special post plan more effectively. To establish and perfect the incentive mechanism for the special post teachers in Xinjiang, to ensure the maximum retention of the special post teachers, and to make the special post teachers serve the educational cause better.
