[Abstract]:The quality balance is that children from different social classes and families can sit in one room to study, study and work hand in hand on the playground. Three years ago, the Ministry of Education and 31 provinces (autonomous regions). The signing of a memorandum on balanced development of compulsory education by the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps marks the basic formation of a mechanism for the central and local governments to coordinate and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. The proportion of counties (cities and districts) in which compulsory education is basically balanced in the whole country will reach 65 percent; by 2020, it will reach 95 percent.
