高职院校混合式教学模式改革:“MOOCs时代”的探索与启示

【摘要】：高职院校肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命。随着信息技术的快速发展及近年来MOOCs在高等教育中的广泛流行,高职院校如何脱离传统教育教学模式的束缚,借助职业教育信息化蓬勃发展的风帆,实现混合式教学模式改革,成为转变人才培养模式的关键。研究在对当前我国职业教育教学模式存在问题分析的基础上,采用案例分析的视角,从我国职业教育实际背景出发,剖析目前我国高职院校混合式教学模式改革成功的经验。立足于我国职业教育教学实践,分析归纳职业教育混合式教学模式改革的理念与做法,以期为高职院校混合式教学模式改革提供有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of training high-skilled personnel for production, construction, service and management.With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread popularity of MOOCs in higher education in recent years, how to break away from the shackles of traditional education and teaching mode, and how to realize the reform of mixed teaching mode with the help of the sail of the vigorous development of vocational education information technology?It is the key to change the training mode of talents.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching mode of vocational education in our country at present, this paper analyzes the successful experience of the reform of the mixed teaching mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of case analysis and from the actual background of vocational education in our country.Based on the teaching practice of vocational education in China, this paper analyzes and sums up the ideas and practices of the reform of mixed teaching mode of vocational education in order to provide useful reference for the reform of mixed teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.
