护理专业学生实习前心理压力源、应对方式与心理健康关系研究

【摘要】:目的:描述护理专业学生实习前的心理压力源、应对方式和心理健康状况;描述户口所在地、是否独生子、是否为班干部、是否喜欢护理专业、家庭经济情况等对护生实习前心理压力源、应对方式和心理健康水平的影响;分析比较心理压力源、应对方式与心理健康水平各维度的关联。探讨护理专业学生实习前的心理压力源、应对方式与心理健康的现状,分析心理压力源、应对方式与心理健康的相关性,寻求合适的方法以提高护理专业学生实习前的心理健康,完善学生今后的职业素养及人生规划,为辽北地区乃至全国输送更多更好的护理人才。方法:本研究以某职业学院护理专业2013级727名学生为研究对象进行问卷调查。研究者选用了压力源及压力水平评价量表、简易应对方式问卷(S CSQ)和一般心理健康问卷(GHQ-20)对不同性别、学历、户口所在地、是否学生干部、是否独生子、是否喜欢护理专业等的护生在实习前进行调查。将回收的有效问卷编码,通过Epidata软件进行数据双录入核对,最后导入应用软件SPSS17.0进行统计分析,运用到的统计分析方法有计量资料用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、皮尔逊分析法和回归分析。结果:1.病人的护理是护生实习前最大的压力源,其次为工作性质与内容、就业、监督与评价、知识与能力和教学管理。大专护生和中专护生感受到不同方面的压力,不喜欢护理专业的护生在实习前承受的压力比喜欢护理专业学生大;家庭经济情况越不好的护生在就业和压力源总分上承受的压力越大。2.在面对压力事件时,不同政治面貌(P=0.037)、不同学历(P0.001)的护生在积极应对方式上存在显著差异。不同性别、不同生源地等的护生在应对方式上无显著差异。3.护生实习前心理健康水平在自我肯定因子上,存在是否喜欢护理专业的显著差异(P=0.002);在焦虑因子上,存在学历(P=0.012)和是否独生子(P=0.022)的显著差异,在心理健康总分上存在是否独生子的显著差异(P=0.014)。4.实习前护生的压力源和消极应对方式对心理健康有正相关,积极应对方式对心理健康有负相关。结论:1.病人的护理是护生实习前最大的压力源,其次为工作性质与内容、就业、监督与评价、知识与能力和教学管理。2.大专护生、党员、团员的学生在实习前面对压力更倾向于采取积极的方式。3.护生实习前心理健康水平在自我肯定因子上,存在是否喜欢护理专业的显著差异;在焦虑因子上,存在学历和是否独生子的显著差异;在心理健康总分上存在是否独生子的显著差异。4.护生实习前压力源、应对方式对心理健康有一定预测作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe the practice before the psychological pressure of nursing students, coping style and mental health status; description of registered permanent residence, whether the only child, whether the class cadre, whether to love the nursing profession, the family economic situation of psychological pressure of nursing students before practice, should influence each other and the level of mental health; comparative analysis psychological stress, correlation dimensions of coping style and mental health level. To explore the practice before the psychological pressure source of nursing students, coping style and mental health status, analysis of psychological stressors, coping styles and mental health, to seek suitable methods to improve nursing students before practice of mental health, improve students in the future occupation accomplishment and life planning, for nursing personnel in northern Liaoning Province and even the whole country with more and better. Methods: in this study, a Career Academy nursing majors of grade 2013 in 727 schools Students for the study conducted a questionnaire survey. The researchers used the pressure source and pressure level evaluation scale, simple coping style questionnaire (S CSQ) and the general health questionnaire (GHQ-20) of different gender, education, residence, student cadre or not, whether the only child, is not love the nursing profession for nursing students investigation in practice. The effective recovery of the questionnaire data encoding, double entry check by Epidata software, finally into the application SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, statistical analysis method is applied to the measurement data using independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson analysis method and regression analysis. Results: the nursing care of 1. patients is the biggest source of pressure before the practice of nursing students, followed by the nature of the work and content, employment, supervision and evaluation, knowledge and ability and teaching management of junior college nursing students and nursing students feel pressure in different areas No, love nursing students before practice pressure than love nursing students; family economic situation is not good for the nursing students in the employment pressure source and bear more pressure on the total score of.2. in the face of stressful events, different political affiliation (P=0.037), different calendar (P0.001) nursing students there were significant differences in positive coping styles. Different gender, different students of the nursing students in coping style had no significant difference in the mental health level of students before practice in self affirmation factor.3., whether there is significant difference love the nursing profession (P= 0.002); in the anxiety factor, there are qualifications (P=0.012) and whether the only child (P=0.022) differences, there are significant differences in whether the only child mental health score (P=0.014).4. nursing students before practice stressors and negative coping style is related to mental health, positive coping style of heart Physical health have a negative correlation. Conclusion: nursing care of 1. patients is the largest source of pressure before the practice of nursing students, followed by the nature of the work and content, employment, supervision and evaluation, knowledge and ability of college nursing students and teaching management.2., Party members, members of the students in the internship in front of the pressure are more likely to adopt a positive way of life before the practice of mental health in the self affirmation factor.3., whether there is significant difference love the nursing profession; in anxiety factor, there are significant differences in education and whether or not only child; there is the stress source of nursing students before practice.4. significant differences are only children in the total mental health and coping style have prediction effect on mental health.
