伦理文化视野下的教师幸福:迷失与回归

【摘要】：伦理文化中的教师幸福是一种基于德性的幸福,蕴含着丰富的伦理内涵。在当代物欲化的社会中,教师幸福逐渐失落,其根源在于德性缺失,即教师缺失追求内在幸福的心态、缺失以德性为主体的幸福能力。教师幸福是教育幸福的前提,不仅需要外部客观条件的支持,更需要自身德性能力的提升。因此,教师幸福的回归路径在于重塑德性,即确立积极的教师幸福观、提高教师内在幸福能力和构建以幸福为取向的师德建设体系。
[Abstract]:Teacher happiness in ethical culture is a kind of happiness based on virtue, which contains rich ethical connotation.In the modern materialized society, teachers' happiness is gradually lost, which is rooted in the lack of virtue, that is, the lack of teachers' mentality of pursuing internal happiness and the lack of happiness ability with virtue as the main body.Teachers' happiness is the premise of educational happiness, which needs not only the support of external objective conditions, but also the enhancement of their own moral ability.Therefore, the return path of teachers' happiness lies in remolding virtue, that is, to establish positive teachers' concept of happiness, to improve teachers' inner ability of happiness and to build a system of teachers' moral construction oriented towards happiness.
