微信延伸教育在护生临床实习中的应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨微信延伸教育在护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将2015-06~2015-09在内蒙古医科大学附属医院肿瘤内科轮转实习的护理本科生,以完全随机分组方式分为试验组和对照组。试验组77人,对照组81人,每组实习时间为4wk。对照组采取传统一对一带教方法;试验组在传统带教的基础上增加微信延伸教育;比较两组学生出科时各项技能操作考核成绩、理论考核成绩及对临床教学的满意度。结果:试验组技能考试成绩、理论考试成绩与对照组相比明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组对临床教师教学满意度明显高于对照组。结论:运用微信延伸教育平台可提高临床教学能力,提高学生对教师的满意度。在临床教学中价值明显,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the WeChat extension education on nursing students application effect in clinical practice. Methods: 2015-06~2015-09 of undergraduate nursing students in Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Hospital of tumor rotary internship, to completely randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group of 77 people, 81 people in the control group, each group practice time for 4wk. group take the traditional one to one teaching method; based on the traditional teaching in the experimental group increased WeChat extension education; comparison of the two groups of students of the skills assessment results, theoretical examination results and the clinical teaching satisfaction. Results: the experimental group skills test, the theory test scores compared with the control group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The experimental group on the clinical teaching satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: the use of WeChat extension education platform can improve the clinical teaching ability, To improve students' satisfaction with teachers, it is of great value in clinical teaching and worthy of clinical promotion.
